Family-friendly vacation rentals in North Miami Beach

Winston was very responsive and accommodating. He answered any questions we might have had within a few minutes of asking. The house is spacious and very clean. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens and pool towels. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!!!

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

They were so nice Dana responded back immediately when I messaged her. Her husband is a BALL OF FUN he recommended the gay clubs to us even though we fell asleep after the jacuzzi when I say the jacuzzi is EVERYTHING mannnn I love it there didn’t wanna leave

We had a great stay, loved the pool (not heated) and hot tub. I really loved the shaded and lush garden. The beds were super comfortable (firm king which we like) and it was a very quiet area. The bedrooms are connected through a shared bathroom and each have independent entrance as well. The kitchen requires going outside the bedrooms, one door down, which was fine, just be aware. The kitchen is a cute utility room with windows, bench/table set and all things needed for basic meals, reheating- bonus to have a washer and dryer there as well. Host was extremely responsive. We walked 15-20min to a great grocery store, the area is lovely and safe, Ubers to where we needed to go.

The house is great. It was large, comfortable, impeccably clean, and quiet. They had everything we could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. And the hosts checked by text and responded immediately to any question we had. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay. Not to far from the city and a small drive to the beach. The place was very clean, and I felt very at home. It was very comfy and cozy. The hot tube was a great addition and we loved the river. Orlando was great! He checked in when we needed him to and answered any questions he had very fast. I would definitely stay here again.

LOVED this space! My family and I spent a couple days here for my brother’s wedding, we got our hair and make up done and it was SUCH a comfortable space and set up. Everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. Nice/private street. 10/10 recommend!

Great visit to Miami to see family for Christmas. This is our second time staying at this property which was convenient, clean, and exactly what we needed to give us extra space while visiting with family. Tim was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

Maria is a super host providing special attention to the needs of her guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Walkable area to restaurants and shops. Loved the screened in front porch and the shower!

Super easy check-in and Alex is very quick to respond to any messages or questions you may have. I would have liked a later checkout as 10 is pretty early to checkout but Alex is very strict on both checkin and checkout times though he does explain this on the listing and house rules before you book so we were aware of it. The pool is very nice, the backyard has a good amount of space and privacy and even though there are neighbors close by it doesn’t feel like it.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

The house is beautiful, it has absolutely everything and more to spend a few beautiful days. Mention aside the good predisposition of Maria Isabel since she let me in well before check-in time. I'll definitely be back!! 10/10 everything!

The greatest family vacations ever, beautiful private pool, stylish pretty home. All from my family can only say "thank you Jane so much" and we hope we will be able to return soon.

We were there from 10 to 17 November 2024. The house was as described and also very clean. We loved the house, we really felt like home. The yard was very private and we enjoyed spending time there and in the pool. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and plenty of supplies. We had enough towels and beach towels also. Andy and Elisabeth were very nice and they answered quickly when we needed help. The location was also very good, close to stores and to the beach. Thank you Andy and Elisabeth! We would like to come back soon.

Christina's house was a great launch pad for us for our daily activities and exploring. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were a great quiet escape. The neighborhood was quiet and the wandering peacocks were a nice surprise!

An amazing place hosted by a great host! We spent our Thanksgiving there with our extended family and had a great time there. The highlight for us was the heated pool with the slide which was enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. Eddy and Sharon were very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if we are in the area!

This was a perfect place to stay for the group size we had. We had tons of room and space for everybody. The house was clean and free of any clutter. The pool was nice and clean.
