A beautiful house in a beautiful town. large kitchen well equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms were a good size with very comfy beds. Terry is a brilliant host helped us out with a lost bag. would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful home that was spotless. The host was absolutely amazing, the welcome gifts on arrival were so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return when visiting our family.

Myself, Chris and our three children stayed one night at Kevin’s place whilst visiting family in the area. The house had everything we needed, was clean and is in a good enough location! We will definitely use the house again :)

Jim was the perfect host. He made us feel very welcome,and was a great host. We really appreciated the fact he called us to make sure we were clear about arrangements,and gave us extra and useful information. Our accommodation was,as expected. If you're after a very quiet retreat in a lovely house this is perfect. The house is very well equipped and we liked the open downstairs kitchen living room,and an extremely large TV!

As soon as we walked in, we both went “Wow!” The cottage was beautiful - quirky, full of character and extremely welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and it had a lovely scent to it. We both felt immediately at home. Amanda was a superb host - very responsive and proactive with suggestions and good, local recommendations. The cottage was really comfortable - warm and cosy and the beds were very comfy too (the towels and bedlinen smelled amazing). The kitchen was very roomy and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans, etc. The shower was spacious and easy to use. Each evening, after having spent a busy day exploring Lincoln and the surrounding area, it was wonderful to snuggle in to the warmth and comfort of the cottage! Kirton in Lindsey itself is a lovely little town and the location of the cottage was perfect. We were really sorry when our holiday came to an end and we had to leave. We absolutely loved it and we hope to be able to stay in Amanda’s cottage again in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights, as soon as we arrived Rebecca advised where to park as had 2 trailers. Rest of cars fitted within ease on the drive. Heating was sorted asap as can understand cost of things currently. within 1 hr felt right at home. love the old school feel and can imagine it's amazing in the summer. .9 miles walk to the Marrow Bone and Cleaver. a must visit. well done Reb, what a amazing place. we will be back

Had a lovely couple of nights here, spacious and clean, had everything you need. Bonus it had 2 toilets! Jo was so helpful on the run up to our arrival, even looking up local electric car charging points for us. We had a slight issue with electrics which was sorted within 10 mins. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Lovely stay!! Well equipped, homely and spotlessly clean. Peaceful campsite. Hot tub fab! Enjoyed exploring the local area: Spurn Point, Withernsea, Hornsea and Bridlington. Would definitely return.

Had a really lovely eater wknd. The lodge was spacious light and airy, the decor was really nice, and very clean. We had a very comfortable peaceful stay. The lodge was only a short walk to the main complex, & was really easy to access all the entertainment without having to book 1st which we found alot easier with the kids

A lovely few days in the impressive Diamond House. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, felt very welcome. We will certainly be looking to return in the future. Thank you.

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

Lovely, relaxing location. They kindly provided a travel cot and high chair for our toddler. The pool was a highlight, warm enough to use in April!

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

Great stay on a relaxing caravan site. Caravan was clean with good amenities and lovely walk around the site with a decent bar and restaurant at the entrance. We'd definitely be back again - was an ideal location for heading for Gulliver's and Sundown with the kids a short drive away

Booked Vivienne's place on behalf of a colleague who was working in the area. He was extremely happy with the property, and sent me the following comments: - "The cottage was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, the fire was a real bonus, it was easy to find and in a very quiet rural area. Definitely recommend and would stay again." From my point of view, Vivienne was an excellent host, and responded promptly to messages. It was very easy to arrange everything with her.
