Great location, easy instructions to find the building. Lots of parking spaces behind the building. David was great at communicating with me before and while I was at the property in case there were any issues. The apartment itself is very modern and clean. Nothing but good things to say about the property and owner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area. 5*

Stayed at this place for a month and it was a great location. You do need a car but I guess if you’re travelling in the area you need one anyway. Overall a great stay well worth it and was excellent for our family trip to the UK from Australia.

Great stay at Robert’s place, really close to restaurants and bars and easy to find. Parking was sorted easily as well, would recommend this place!

Exceptional stay, everything in order and very, very clean. The modern flat with bespoke design throughout make it an interesting place to stay. Situated right next to the Minster, 5-10 walk into centre made an ideal location to walk about. No excessive noise from bells or indeed the pub next door (we arrived on a Sunday and had roast dinner before checking into the accommodation which was good) We stayed 5 nights and drove out to the coast one day which was about 30 mins away. Communication from the owner was clear and they were quick to respond. Parking tip - as no on street parking anywhere close we used the railway station that worked out at £4/day and was a 10 minute walk. Initially, we used the multi-storey that was a little closer but felt it was expensive. Will we stay again ? Yes. Thanks Rita & Russell

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Andrew had a lovely home which was clean and exactly as described. He wasn’t able to meet us when we arrived due to circumstances but had arranged for us to be able to pick up the keys seamlessly and had someone on hand if we needed anything!

Excellente communication with dr Jill prior to our visit, proposing our préférences for our breakfast. Beautiful flowers to welcome us! The logement, even though it was small, was perfect & very clean, for our short visit seeing family nearby. We met dr Jill for a quick chat during our stay which was nice.

Amaya’s place was perfect for our visit to Sheffield. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The under floor heating was very welcome in December and despite being very well located it was extremely quiet. Amaya was very attentive and friendly and communicated well.

it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was well maintained and had everything there for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was very helpful with all the instructions too and checking in as well. The best part was that being right in the middle of city centre made it a perfection apartment to stay at with friends and family.

This is a really beautiful spot right in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside. We had a lovely weekend staying with Rachel I would highly recommend it to anybody else. It was lovely to wake up in the morning to the sunrise and see the animals grazing in the field right across from us.

Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

Hi we had a great time, once we got in, lovely and warm. I would just like to let you know the cold tap in the sink in the bathroom, doesn’t work, also the hot tap in the shower doesn’t work. Dishes and grill pan in oven not clean.

This is one of the best finds in Hull and a chance to stay on an iconic centrally located street. The accommodations are like a small boutique hotel in an original Georgian building so expect some uneven floors and creaky floorboards but this all adds to the character. Everything you can possibly need is provided with very helpful instructions and communication from Stephen - this is now my go to place for visits back to what was once my home city.

Excellent host, great communication , Rich was a really lovely guy . Great communication and made us feel very welcome from the booking right through to the departure. The Flat was clean, The bed was super comfy, The bathroom was excellent . This is an Excellent base for the peaks plus the local area has loads of great places to eat, drink and explore . We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend staying here. They have the most amazing affectionate cat . We wanted to steal him 😂😂 We would recommend Northtown restaurant for the most amazing Italian food and Haglers corner which is a 10 minute walk away for great snacky food, lovely cocktails and a really chill atmosphere.

We booked this airbnb for a small get together for a bridal shower and it was so perfect! Very spacious and nicely decorated, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. It’s also in a lovely location as it’s tucked away from the road but still walkable distance from the main city centre. This was a lovely stay and Simon was a great host!
