Vacation rentals with a patio in North Holland

Lukas and Taryn were fantastic hosts well before my friends and I arrived in Amsterdam. They were very accommodating when we asked if we could check in earlier after our long haul flights. The apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us and it made us feel like we had a home away from home. The ferry to the shops and restaurants in the Center was no longer than 5 minutes and the apartment is a very close walk to the terminal. Taryn and Lukas were both extremely responsive when we had any questions and provided many local recommendations for us to check out! All in all, I would definitely recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a spacious place to make themselves at home in Amsterdam. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay very much, the landlords were extremely friendly and always responsive. This small apartment has everything you need. I felt very comfortable there. The place has everything you want for a getaway. The location is great. Since I traveled with a dog, I really liked that you immediately have the opportunity to walk the dog "in the countryside" as soon as you leave the property. The entire property is a dream, the garden is a paradise. I would book this place again anytime.

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home. The neughbourhood is extremelly recommended for tourists, as it is walkable and easy to move arround. There are various restaurants/bars in the surroundings, not to mention Cuyp market but the apartment was very quiet. Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay, and the price follows the regions average.

I cannot recommend the host and this Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos suggested. Every detail had been thought of, from the comfortable bedding to all the maps and guides of the city! The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently Last but not least, Marco is such a friendly, kind and flexible person. He was not only always available for any doubt or need, he has been so welcoming and kind! Totally recommend

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

I had a pleasant stay at Nancy’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and matched the description perfectly. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.

Great host, and an amazing stylish place.

Our stay at Nienke's was very nice! The apartment is quietly located and equipped with everything you need as a family with small children (stair gates, changing location, cot, children's dishes, etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped. Our children especially enjoyed the many toys. Zusem has a playground right next door. The contact with Nienke was also very pleasant, she always responded quickly and very kindly to our questions. Check-in and check-out were also straightforward. The apartment was clean, big and bright. The city can be easily discovered on foot from there, we arrived by train and that was also ideal. We highly recommend this apartment especially for a family with children!

There were three of us with our dog in Ulla's cozy vacation home and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall the house is tasteful and not only conveniently furnished. We especially loved the fenced garden overlooking the countryside and the quiet location. Also the private parking in front of the house was convenient. The bathroom is quite small, but sufficient. Thank you Ulla, we had a nice time!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Johanna’s. She was very thoughtful and left instructions about everything. The apartment was a short walk from the tram stop and had everything that we needed. I definitely recommend and would stay there again when visiting Amsterdam 😊

Very cozy and nice place! I highly recommend this house.

There were five of us staying with Janine. And even though it was high summer and we were on the beach a lot, there were also a few gloomy days. The apartment then plays an important role and that there are five of you. In addition and of course in general, Janine's apartment was a real gift. In addition, Huisduinen seems to be a little off the tourist's mainstream, which is very pleasant. At the same time, you have direct access to the sea and enchanting beaches. Janine is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We can recommend Janine's apartment without ifs and buts.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

If there was one word to describe this place, it would be ‘dreamy’. This cute little apartment had a lovely interior and design along with a very romantic bath for 2 which they had provided candles, soaps, and salts to give a spa-like experience. The bed was very comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The living room was very cozily decorated, and there was plenty of coffee and tea that they had provided as well. The outdoor kitchen was charming to have next to the outdoor lounger in the garden where there was a comforting sense of peace and privacy. And for the pet-lovers, we had the cutest daily visitor: Else, the neighbor’s cat. Last, but not least our hosts were the best hosts that we have ever had on AirBnb. They paid so much attention to detail, super friendly, and helped us with anything that we needed during the stay. We felt right at home and will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam and/or Zaandam!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Bora's apartment over the weekend, and we loved it! We booked the stay on quite short notice, Bora was very responsive and prepared the apartment for us to a high standard. All information relating to the apartment and check-in process was clearly communicated, resulting in a very smooth experience. I would describe the apartment as being situated on the edge of central Amsterdam, with shops, restaurants and cafés in walking distance. During our stay, we hired bicycles from a local shop, meaning it was very easy for us to travel into and around the hotspots of Amsterdam. The apartment itself was very clean, and came great Wi-Fi, a good TV and access to streaming services. We especially enjoyed being able to access Disney+ the night before catching our early flight home! The apartment also has lots of light, and a lovely balcony. The apartment was great, Bora was an excellent host, and we'd love to return in future!

The accommodation was very nicely decorated and we felt comfortable. Downtown was within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay in Haarlem.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

A very beautiful, clean and cozy house with great aesthetic! It’s also just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient. The host was very helpful and accommodating and overall we had a wonderful stay!

That is second time for us at Elles place, we recommend it as we feel at home and privacy. Close to train station which is easy to see many places around also close to the market
