This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.

Our beachfront home is good for families and pets, with open plan, private bedrooms and an enclosed deck. The beach is perfect for cookouts, walking and exploring. We are nestled down a long gravel drive with quiet neighbors. The main floor bedroom (queen bed) accesses a screened sitting area. The downstairs bedroom (walkout basement) has twin beds and futon chair (single). We are 5 miles from the village, 2.5 miles from Acadia Visitor Center, and .5 miles from an Explorer stop.

This beautiful, newly renovated home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open living and dining room waiting to give your family or group of friends the ideal Maine vacation experience! We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the cottage right on the water! It was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Our hosts were very responsive, provided a compilation of restaurants and "things to see and do" in the area - a very useful guide. Great place to stay in southwest harbor! The house is very comfortable, some of the best beds I have had in an airbnb, slept great! We love that it is close to multiple trails we like as well as to Bass harbor lighthouse. Not a bad drive to most places in acadia and not far to bar harbor either. Would stay here next time i am in the area if it was available.

This luxurious cabin was perfect! Walking distance to a beautiful lighthouse and nestled back in the woods. The hot tub was a bonus after the long day of work/play. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space had ample room. Clean and new furniture. The beds were super comfortable. We'll definately be back.

This was by far one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. There are many other great attributes about the house, but I needed to state that one first! This place was amazing. It sits over looking the water, and every view from the living areas downstairs to the bedrooms upstairs had a spectacular view to look out at everyday! Even on the days it rained, the views were still lovely. We stayed with our two adult daughters and their husbands, so there were six of us. We never felt crowded. There is a dock that you can walk down to (a bit of a drop/climb, over 90 steps I believe), and most of our group enjoyed going down to the water. One of our son-in-laws is a fisherman and he caught some smaller mackerel off the dock (you need a license), and chose to throw them back. Also there is a family of seals that lives in the water right where the house is. There is a viewing scope on the enclosed porch and we were able to see them with that. Lastly, WiFi is limited as is cell reception.

CENTER HARBOR HOUSE IN BEAUTIFUL BROOKLIN - VIEW!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The place is large (4 bedrooms), and has both a nice outdoor deck and a screened-in porch with windows (for when it got a bit too chilly). The view is great, and you only need to walk a few minutes to visit a small public beach. We cooked and grilled every night, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped for a vacation house. The wifi was great, as promised -- strong enough for a few video calls and three people remotely working. Brooklin was cute and the host and management company were both really responsive and proactive!
