Beautiful place, clean and cosy! So peaceful, the dog enjoyed having free roam of the field. Bed was extremely comfy!!! No wifi but wasn’t needed! We played on the Sega and watched films provided which was a nice touch. Edward was very helpful! Would definitely return! We have also already recommended to a few people!

It was our second stay in the Cabin, the Cabin was spotless and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the surrounding was beautiful with trees around and direct access to the forest . We loved looking at the window from the bed in the morning and watch the birds coming to feed from the bird feeder hanging on the tree opposite the window. So relaxing. We enjoyed having a coffee on the decking outside the bedroom and admired the giant trees and also a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed the fire pit, getting together around the fire always makes forever memories. The garden area all around the Cabin is safe , our pet dog loved the space and most of all our teenage son who has learning disabilities could walk around safely and talking aloud to himself without us having to worry about his safety or disturbing anyone . If anyone is in our situation the Cabin will give you all you need to relax . Amber is very friendly,answered question promptly, thank you for the gifts

We had an amazing 4 nights at the chalet. It was so relaxing. Everything we needed was there, including tea, milk, sugar and really nice biscuits! The chalet was warm, even on a chilly spring evening. The location couldn't of been better. Only 20-30 metres from the sea and within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Lyme Regis and the Ammonite Pavement. Irene was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to go for fossils and sea glass hunting. We really didn't want to leave and I'm sure we will be back! Thank you.

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! Would defo come back and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely weekend. The Davis Family :)

What a lovely escape this was! We had everything we needed for a cosy night in, before exploring the nearby coastline the next day. A great little gem and we were very happy with the well thought out set up.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hut. Fiona was a really great host who came out to us even though it was late and raining! The hut was super warm on arrival and it has an internal heater and towel rail which is nice. It was also nice to be welcomed with some baked goods which we enjoyed the next morning. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The hot tub was nice to relax in… you get all the stuff provided for it which is good and on previous experiences this isn’t always the case. We used the Fire pit and you get some cushions to use which are under the bed and extra blankets which again is really nice. It’s exceptionally well thought out and the lord of added extras make it really nice. Would deffo return

We had such a nice stay at Happy on the Hill. The views were beautiful the wagon was super cozy and the bath was the icing on the cake. Neil was super responsive and helpful giving us walking recommendations and places to see but also gave us our space and to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would happily come back again!

Lovely little cabin. Super cosy. So close to Glastonbury town, we did a slow walk and got there in 14 mins. 18 acres of land to walk around too. Great outdoor space, with a double bed gazebo. Sounds of many different birds flying around as you take some time to relax in the sun. Kitchen with a little oven, microwave and small fridge. Fabulous little fire, which kept us very warm and cosy. Nice big walk in shower. We had a really lovely stay and would come again. Thank you !

Myself & my daughter had a very memorable stay in the shepherd’s hut. It was so lovely & cosy & having the hot tub for the evening was great fun. Overall it was a lovely experience. Thank you!

The Cabin is a perfect location for those looking for a comfortable, out of the way location. The facilities provided are excellent and the Cabin is exactly as described.

Our stay was perfect - the hut is even better than described, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and set in the most peaceful surroundings. Every little detail had been thought of to make us feel completely at home. We were welcomed with fresh milk, eggs, tea, and coffee, which was such a lovely touch and made settling in feel so easy and thoughtful. It was clear a lot of care had gone into creating a relaxing space for guests. We left feeling refreshed - highly recommend!

The little shed was so cute. It had all we needed for an overnight stay. The personal touches were lovely. Art. Books. Fresh flowers. The heater worked really well, we felt nice and warm and cosy. Would recommend.

I honestly don't know where to start - the most beautiful Air BnB we've stayed in. the cabin itself is absolutely stunning and the location next to the lake and surrounded by the farmland and livestock is just gorgeous. William and Ariana were super helpful and communicative, very clear instructions on how to find the cabin and get inside and were very responsive during our stay if we had any questions. The cabin is warm and comfortable, the bed super comfy too (and I'm really fussy in that respect!). The incredible views out of both sides upstairs are what really blew my mind - no blinds or curtains was perfect for me as I love to wake up with the sunrise, but if you prefer to sleep in, perhaps bring an eye mask with you! Hot tub spotlessly clean and not overlooked except by the somewhat curious cows and sheep. The dogs loved it too. Recommend walks such as the Golden Cap and Hells Lane. Don't miss Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door on your way in or out!

Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Having our morning coffee with the deer and the views of the heath was a petstart to the day. Even though it rained one of the days it was cosy and we stayed in the hut playing cards. Beds were super comfy and we slept really well. the experience was great!

The cabin was exactly what we wanted. We had a busy weekend planned, so just needed somewhere to rest, and Charlotte's place did it beautifully. The weather was amazing so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet, with wonderful views across the countryside. The two local pubs and village store were all within a few minutes walk from the cabin, and everyone was very friendly. We would highly recommend this Airbnb

Beautiful shepherds hut in a very peaceful location. The small kitchen area is really well equipped and the bed was so comfortable I slept very well. I may treat myself to an Emma mattress if they are that comfy. I didn't see my host but I didn't need to as she had given me clear instructions about check in and I had no problems during my stay. I am looking to move to the area and was there to look at a house and visit friends in Verwood so the location was great.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter break at Jo’s shepherd hut. We were so impressed by the location and the privacy of the hut. The hut itself was beautiful, and Jo has done such a fantastic job in renovating it. We had the best nights sleep on both nights, with blankets, a heater and hot water bottles being provided. The surroundings are incredible, and our dog Milo absolutely loved the toys, treats & field to play in. Jo has pretty much thought of everything, there was a bbq, camping stove and all of the utensils, crockery that you could possibly need alongside other condiments which was very thoughtful. Our favourite evenings were by the fire which was just stunning and a wonderful addition. The shower facilities were clean, warm & we really appreciated the towels that were left for us. Overall a fantastic stay alongside a fantastic host, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you so much Jo, it was lovely to meet you!

Our visit to Moreton was made all the more memorable and special by how unique and perfect our stay in Ruth's shepherds huts was, staying here was the perfect combination of everything we wanted out of a weekend away rolled up into a very well presented and produced package that catered for pretty much every all we could of hoped and asked for, it was truly a pleasure to stop the two nights we had and found it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience to have the privacy and peace of the huts and the surrounding garden to unwind in and bask in the tranquility of it all, Ruth was a superb host and was very friendly and helpful along with always being on hand to assist with any potential issues so I would highly this place as somewhere you can't afford to miss out on if you are visiting this area.

Andrea’s Shepherds Hut in Somerset was an absolute delight, I had a wonderful week there with my two dogs. A unique, stylishly set out and cosy hut with everything you need for a hideaway holiday, complemented by an easy to light woodburner stove for chilly spring mornings and an outdoor fire for the evenings. Lovely hot showers by a tree in the bathroom next to the hut too! All very special! The location was just stunning, with a bluebell woodland just behind the hut and stone sculptures in the garden. Andrea and Tom were so welcoming and Andrea was a wonderful and thoughtful host with lots of suggestions for things to do. Trips to Montecute and Barrington Court (both of Wolf Hall fame), Burrow Hill Cider Farm, the Feed Station in Merriott, Yandles just down the road to name just a few, and many walks out in the surrounding countryside with the dogs. I can highly recommend Andrea’s Shepherds Hut and can’t wait to return hopefully later in the year.

The Shepherds Hut was lovely and the surrounding garden beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and the information pack sent through before we arrived was very useful. We were lucky with the weather but it wasn’t quite cold enough to take advantage of the wood burner! Managed a long cycle ride - the 2 tunnels route, beware the hills on your return! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my partner, had a lovely stay it was are second time at the cabin. Very relaxing, we love the hot tub and the surrounding area very peaceful🙂 love seeing the animals, Anna Is a great host, and the cabin is spotless so clean and cosy. I’m sure we will be back very soon☺️

We had a great stay at Downwood. We stayed in the ‘Hazel’ and it was perfect. So clean, had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great touch. There was also a lovely woodland for a walk nearby. The hosts were friendly, responsive and sent great instructions prior to the visit. Would definitely stay again!
