Villa vacation rentals in North Captiva Island

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The pool was the perfect temp, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We liked that there was some stuff furnished like condiments and other little things that are not always fun to buy just for a weekend trip. Would stay again and would recommend! Very nice place

Beautiful home and very convenient to the Cape Carol area and east access to Ft. Myers area as well. Andreas home is a very nice, plenty of space for a large group and well appointed. We used the heated pool and the spa and it’s very easy to manage the heating of both. We had the good fortune to get a visit by manatees off the dock in the back which was a special treat. Great communication by both Andreas and Anya, very responsive. Thank you!

The place is fantastic to share with the entire family. The swimming pool is great. There a is a ping pong table. The house’s decoration is simple and beautiful Eric was so nice The best part, is pet friendly and there are not restriction about your dog weight I’d love to go back and have longer vacation soon

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

Mike and Catherine were the perfect hosts and their home in Cape Coral was perfect for our stay with our children and grandchildren. The house has 3 separate wings, each with a bathroom so everyone has privacy. The kitchen is fully supplied with nice appliances. The poolside pool table was a fun nighttime activity for the grownups. The private pool added a sense of safety in the middle of the pandemic. The grandkids loved it. And Mike and Catherine were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We hope to return for another family vacation

Amazing Stay – Clean Home, Warm Pool & Relaxing time! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless upon arrival, making us feel right at home from the start. The heated pool was perfect—warm and inviting, making it a highlight of our trip. The beautiful weather only added to our enjoyment, allowing us to make the most of the outdoor space. One of our favorite features (besides pool & hot tub) was the putting green—it was such a fun and unique touch! The host, Dan, was responsive and made everything seamless. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a week of relaxation with our family! Spent most of the week hanging around the pool, but very short walk to the beach as well. Plenty of pool towels and toys! Jon was an awesome host - provided so much info and very clear communication!

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

What a wonderful time my family and I had! The property is absolutely breathtaking! It’s so private and serene. Vanessa and Andy were the best hosts; very personable and friendly. We didn’t want to leave!! We had the most perfect time 😊

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful and clean. Pool and hot tub in excellent condition. Very relaxing home. Everything you needed was there. They supplied plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. you may need to take a couple more trash bags depending on how long your stay is. They supplied laundry detergent as well. there were some spices in the cabinet which is always helpful. We had one issue with the internet, but they responded within minutes and addressed it promptly. It was a wonderful setting, and my family had a perfect relaxing week. Thank you for a fantastic setting for our vacation.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood…was great for a large family gathering! The house was well stocked and the pool area was great area to relax. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also close to a Publix, Walmart, and Sam’s club if you want to get things to make or grill. Very enjoyable stay!

The lanai was where we spent most of our time. I was a great space to relax and enjoy the water. Loved the king size bed. Check in personnel were helpful. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon for use when we spent a day at Siesta Keys beach. Overall the home was a perfect place for our getaway.

Maydel’s place was grand and beautiful! We stayed here with 3 generations (6 adults, 4 children and 1 infant) and had plenty of room! The pool area is wonderful with the games, salt water canal and full kitchen. Very kid-friendly home. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

We had a great stay at Villa Ocean Kiss! The house and grounds matched the photos and was very nice. It was very helpful to have all of the switches marked. The house, especially the kitchen, was very stocked. The house was clean, open and inviting. The house was also nicely decorated with nice furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. We also had more than what we needed for the pool and beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost daily and the tiki hut was an enjoyable spot to hang out. It was very quiet and we saw many birds plus other wildlife. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood - seeing many burrowing owls was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay at the Roelens Villa on the Lake. The pool and hot tub were clean and we had a great time swimming and playing. The house is beautiful and clean. We had a great trip and plan to stay here again.

Annett & Peter, our hosts were very friendly & accommodating. The Villa Ria Home was just as pictured & described. A clean, comfortable and fun place to stay. Heated pool was included, BBQ Grill, pool area was very comfortable, great for lounging, dinning, or just having your morning coffee. Use of the garage to park and secure our vehicle was important too. Bar area, wrap around counters with plenty of stools/chairs was comfortable. Just a fun place to stay. We enjoyed the house. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was so inviting. We really appreciated all of the extras. The kitchen was stocked with spices and things like dish detergent and ziplock bags. There were beach chairs and toys. There were floats, life vests and fishing poles. We even took the bikes out for a spin. It was a lovely experience. I’d stay here again.
