Recommendation!! Monte Placido is truly a Paradise on Earth. We have had the vacation of a lifetime in this incredible location. The flats are located on the top of a small hill, surounded by the most beautiful nature and embedded in a lovely garden with pool and barbecue area. Don and Diana are great hosts and were helpful with recommendations for anything in and around Samana. Monte Placido has enough space to allow for everyone's privacy, on the other hand, meeting Don and Diana as well as the other guests for some drinks by the pool definitely gave us a feeling of community that we enjoyed. Thank you for the outstanding stay!

We cannot overestimate how much we ADORED La Casa en la Piedra. Most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. Wonderfully chill and quiet - waking up in the morning with a view over the whole of Lake Atitlan was priceless. Really well equipped, clean and comfortable - Albert was a brilliant host and sent us so much information before our stay and was v responsive when we were there. Thank you thank you thank you for creating this gorgeous slice of paradise ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay was beyond incredible. From the staff helping with the luggage up the stairs, to entering the place and seeing the beautiful views. The photos don’t capture it all. The beds were very comfortable, they have fans which my husband used since he likes it cooler at night. There was rain and thunder one night but during the day the sun and weather was perfect for kayaking and paddling boarding. Fredy the groundskeeper helped turn on the temezcal (sauna) each day after our morning swim on the lake. We got the chef for lunch and dinner, best decision and food was delectable and traditional. Erynne provided recommendations including where to buy the best coffee in the lake. The staff were always so sweet, welcoming and shared a lot about the indigenous culture with my teenagers. We saw three scorpions but my husband grabbed with the kitchen utensils and put them outside. You must be adventurous, if you are going to Lake Atitlan. Our stay was nothing but pristine, peaceful and relaxing

Thank you Jenny and Clemens for a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person! The directions were perfectly clear, but I highly recommend using the private transport they offer—it makes the journey much smoother. Whether you arrive via the public or private dock, keep in mind there are steep stairs. Clemens was kind enough to arrange help with our suitcases, which was greatly appreciated! Also, don’t stay out too late—the path is very dark at night, and if you’re arriving in the evening, definitely bring groceries. And to my surprise, Casa del Mundo was just next door, which was super convenient. As beautiful as the property is, the best part was how responsive the hosts were. When my friend and I got a little lost, Clemens immediately called to make sure we were okay. It made us feel really cared for. Highly recommend this stay!

I stayed here 1 week with my father. La Cueva is a perfect place to stay if your going to Las Galeras. Private location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the bathroom is amazing! Hans is really nice, he is always avvalible and is there for you if you have questions. I would recommend this place to everyone and I would stay here again if I am going back to Las Galeras.

Luca & Nico are great to work with. We loved the chef service!! It’s a great place to stay with a large group.

This was a beautiful place to stay. There are neighbors in the caves but each has their own fire pit and keeping the parking below means everyone gets a great view. The host is amazingly responsive. I ran out of propane while cooking dinner and had two people there within 10-15 minutes. It’s a really unique place that is off the beaten path but has all the comforts of home

It’s hard to put into words how beautiful this place truly is. The views are better than the pictures and spending the night in a cave is such an incredible and unique experience. Tyler was such an amazing host on the dirt bike tour with emotion Moab! I highly recommend booking with them if you want to see some cool canyons and explore what Moab has to offer. This place is something special and an experience that I will never forget.

This was such an incredible experience! We’ve never stayed at such a unique air bnb. It was a relaxing and comfortable environment. We will be back again!

Such a hidden gem. I can’t say enough words besides you have to go for yourself and make sure you stay for more than 3 days because there is so much to see on the property and surroundings Moab. Our host made it feel so welcoming the moment we met Rich and Vanessa. Our kids didn’t want to leave. The showers accommodated hot water, cleaned very well. I could go on for days so I will say this. Just go and find out for yourself if you want to get away for a while. We were passing through and decided to stay two nights. Worth the money. Follow instructions getting there because the drive through is such a sight to see! I love them 10/10

This is probably the most unique Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Truly off the beaten path and very cool to have such a lovely place within a cave. Stars and surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. While the road is a tiny bit rough, we had no issues coming and going in our Subaru Outback. I was also pleasantly surprised to have such a hot shower in the shared bathrooms. The management team was proactive and communicated everything clearly that we needed. I will say this is about 40 minutes from Moab so if you plan to go in and out of town, it may be a bit far out, but worked for us! Next time, we would plan to bring more to cook at the place. :)

We had a wonderful stay! Getting to the airbnb was no joke, rough dirt roads so be prepared. Other than that, the bathhouse and rooms were clean and easily accessible, the area is beautiful.

We enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep and woke up to the most beautiful views right outside our door. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or just something totally different, this hotel is a gem. Can’t recommend it enough – truly unforgettable!

Beautiful home/jungle escape! The views from this place are spectacular and it was so relaxing waking up to the natural surroundings. Each bedroom has a great view not a bad one to pick from. It’s a little walk to the beach but totally doable and to stay there and have those views totally worth it. The showers take a while to warm up but they do and it’s a huge house so to be expected. Great stay and we would love to rent again.

A perfect way to spend a peaceful weekend. A hobbit themed home with so many wonderful items related to the books/movies. Highly recommend for LOTR fans and anyone wanting to get away yet close to town, stores and restaurants.

This was a great location for weekend trip. The natural surroundings offered a peaceful retreat, while the modern interior was perfect for indoor evenings away from the cold. The charming little town of Sturgeon Bay is a short drive away, and we were able to pick up any food or drink we needed there. The space was clean, cozy, and had lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again!

A stunning place to stay while exploring Sedona! The views were absolutely breathtaking—both sunrise and sunset were unforgettable. We were lucky enough to be there during a full moon, and watching it rise over the red rocks to the east was truly magical. The location is perfect—just a short drive to incredible hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Overall, an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

We took our 4 kids (age range 3-9) to this unique stay. G.T. met us at check in and gave us an informative tour of the missile silo and answered all the kids many questions. With young kids, G.T. made sure we were aware of any potential hazards inside the silo. We enjoyed watching movies on the giant screen. There was a big storm on one of the nights we stayed and G.T. reached out to us to make sure we were aware of the weather. We were close enough to Little Rock and Conway to find things to do with the kids. Overall, a very cool and unique stay. We would highly recommend checking this off your bucket list.
