It's been a very pleasant stay at Young's place. Young is a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helping host. Location of the apartment is super convenient, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Market mall, supermarkets, and bus stops which take you to many attractions. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and clean, not to mention the beds are super comfortable, too! We would certainly stay again for our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo~

We absolutely loved staying here. I think I could live here! It’s so peaceful and such a great place to relax. The staff were so friendly and it was very convenient to have our laundry done or lunch delivered on days when my husband was out with the car and I couldn’t go to get lunch, while working. Would stay here again!

Honestly, one of our best trips. The location, price, amenities, ease. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Martin and his staff were amazing. Even had a lavender candle gift left for our anniversary. Would love to go back. Between my wife and I, I can say this was one of our best Florida vacations.

Ideal for those who want to stay in the center of the action in heart of Waikiki, bustling downtown-like part of Oahu. Bed and pillow was very comfy, nice to have AC and fan in addition to electric stovetop for cooking meals. Appreciated the filtered water station in lobby. Wouldn’t recommend having a car in this area as it’s mostly walkable, hotel increased parking to 37/day. For those who are afraid of bugs, some tiny ants 🐜 come out of cracks in the wall and crevices on counter top just heads up.

My friend and I had a great stay at Peter’s apartment! Our train arrived earlier than the listed check-in time, but Peter was very accommodating and let us check-in earlier. We found the apartment easily and were given very clear instructions for self check-in. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you could need - including kitchen utensils, hair dryer, towels and much more! It was very well furnished and was the perfect place to rest after a day spent exploring the city. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you Peter for being such an accommodating and great host!

The place was as described, good location, slightly out of the busier areas, and near a collection of nice food trucks. Would recommend and would stay again!

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. I stayed for a month and it was perfectly comfortable for working from home & accessing conveniences like the OXXO in the same building, and great food within walking distance. The washer/dryer combo was a unique touch as compared to all the other places I’ve stayed in Tulum.

It was a pleasant stay, very central, close to the esplanade where we could walk our dog. Everything is quiet and comfortable

The hotel outside makes a bad impression but inside matches the photographs. The concept is a lot of independence from the guest but it was what we needed and that's why we liked it. In general, everything is good.

It's small but it's fine, it's very clean and it's almost silent, as I saw in the comments, the shower worked very well with hot water, which is what I always look for, in addition to the bed, which was comfortable, the host was very friendly

Excellent accommodation and a very good location, I would return without hesitation, I just walked 2 blocks and I was at the cathedral.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.
