Mamikons place is a cozy cabin right next to the beach of Sevan. It's in short distance to the city and the host is very kind and helpful, he even offered to drive me to the bus station. I had a very nice stay and recommend it to everybody who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sevan.

We had a great time staying at the Airbnb by the lake in Sipan!The location is perfect, you can see the beautiful lake view when you open the window, the air is fresh, the environment is very quiet, it is an ideal place to relax.The room is clean and tidy, cozy, and fully furnished, making you feel at home. The host is very welcoming and responsive, providing many local sightseeing and food recommendations to enrich our trip.Staying here allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature and experience the local culture and customs.
