Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nong Kwai

My wife and I stayed at Qi’s apartment for 8 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In 5 months of travel, this has been one of our favorite accommodations. The condo is thoughtfully furnished with a couch, table, wardrobe, huge and comfortable bed, plenty of blankets/linens, drying rack, washing machine, kitchen necessities and a huge fridge. The shower was super hot with great water pressure. And there was plenty of storage in the bathroom as well. Qi was accommodating when we requested an extra pillow, and was always quick to reply to our questions. The entire property of the condo is very private and quiet. We had no noise disturbances throughout our stay. The pool is a relaxing touch, with plenty of outdoor furniture. Although the street nearby is not the most walkable, we appreciated being close to a 7 eleven, a cafe, pharmacy, etc. Grab rides are affordable nearby. We felt very at home throughout our stay at Qi’s apartment, and would totally recommend!!

Condo is situated on the 6th floor, luggage storage is available but via the host but rather there is a tour shop on the ground floor and they charge 50thb per day. It's a great place to stay, the bed is very comfortable and the views from the swimming pool on the top floor is beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay and the bed was comfortable. The view directly out the window isn’t the best (the top of a hotel restaurant roof) but left and right are pretty amazing, sitting on the balcony watching the clouds roll over Doi Suthep was lovely. The condo building itself is HUGE and the number of very short term leases kinda makes the place feel like a hotel without the amenities. Still, I’d definitely stay again…

Cool in rainy season, clean and comfortable, swimming pool gym is free to use, by the way, the host is very nice to help me a lot, I will come back again.

The apartment of Maam was nice and good. It has all facilities and at check-in there is free water and snacks to take. It’s nearby Central Festival, which is a large shopping centrum with different shops and food. Getting Grab/ Bolt is easy. Would recommend this if you visit Chiang Mai and would like to stay in a more quiet area.

Very helpful owners. The bed was comfortable. Great value for money. A bit isolated behind the huge shopping mall. So a bit of a distance to local restaurants etc. Can eat in the food court in the shopping center, about 300m walk. It was has very quiet surroundings.

Thanks for hosting. This accommodation has perfect locational as it is very close to one nimman and maya. Communication with the host is smooth and the host will respond promptly, and share the important notification. The room is clean and has a good condition. Very nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The building was very modern and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the pool. The apartment was a lovely and homely space to relax. Would stay again if in the city ☺️

Loved staying at this place, great view from near the top of the building too! Only negative is there’s a school nearby that was making a lot of noise but I don’t imagine this is all the time, maybe an event was going on. Would definitely recommend and I’d stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai. The use of the buildings gym and pool is a bonus, and there’s a cafe downstairs to do work in.

This is a beautiful place to stay...quiet, homely and very well decorated Aircon in every room, giant tv, well appointed kitchen...we were in heaven. Will definitely be back

I would definitely stay here again. The place was very nicely located in a safe, gated neighbourhood with security guards on duty. It's at the end of a small laneway with almost no traffic and it's super quiet, but only a 10 minute drive from the old town. The place was big enough for my needs and Puntinee made sure that I had everything I needed for a great stay. She was super friendly, responsive, and flexible. One of my best AirBnB experiences overall out of dozens of places - especially during a crowded Loy Krathong weekend, this was well worth what I paid. I'd stay again anytime I'm back in Chiang Mai. Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

Gentile was the perfect host! Really helpful with any queries and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The property is a beautiful home on a secured estate, was so comfortable and peaceful to come back to after exploring Chiang Mai for the day. The property was very clean and though set back on a quiet street was easy to walk to all of the main bars and restaurants as well as being very convenient for the night markets. Highly recommend.

Friendly host. Easy to check-in. Easy to check-out. Spacious and clean. Value for money. But a few downside (althought not deal breaker): - no washing machine - afternoon sun shines strongly at the master bedroom so it can get quite warm in the master bedroom in the afternoon / evening.

Suzanna was an exceptional host. She checked in with us proactively and offered many recommendations on local activities and ways to enjoy Chiangmai. She was very responsive to our inquiries and made every effort to accommodate our requests when possible. Her English was outstanding and that made communication very easy. The property was spectacular- the estate sits on very tranquil land filled with fruit trees and areas to stroll through peacefully. The house is sprawling, with plenty of space to accommodate our 9 guests plus room to spare. It’s built around a gorgeous and very large pool where the kids spent hours playing and enjoying themselves and adults could both lounge and swim laps. The upstairs and all bedrooms were air conditioned and the very large downstairs common areas had screened doors leading outside and plenty of fans to generate a breeze. This was a very special getaway for us and made a family get together magical.

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. On the day of our stay, Bill was warmly greeted, let us have the feeling of going home, the space is very spacious and comfortable, the space is very spacious and comfortable, it is full of artistic atmosphere, I can't help but imagine that the host must be an artist, and the cleaning is clean and tidy. The kitchen and all kinds of bedding are fully equipped. Bill also has enough mineral water and all kinds of drink snacks for us. The whole stay is also very comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe to get around, there is also a swimming pool in half a minute walk, the water quality is also very good, it is a special home, it is very suitable to bring the whole family to stay on vacation!

We had a wonderful experience and felt like a home! The house was perfect for a family with kids and Jesse is a great bro. 1. SAFE. The security is awesome with no concern, the security guards check everyone get into the villa and petrol every hour. 2. KIDS FRIENDLY. There are outdoor/ indoor playgrounds opposite Jesse’s house. My kids love playing there and they would enjoy the air hockey/ pool table set up in the house soon when they are bigger. 3. RESPONSIVE & SUPPORTIVE. Jesse is very responsive and constantly offered tips of things to do in the area which was super helpful. His advices were clear and in detail. We ran out of the gas for cooking one night and he came to the house in 5 mins with a solution. Jesse, you’re the man!! 4. LOCATION. It’s perfect for us, near the international school zones, and within 5mins driving distance to Kad Farang where is a nice area with everything you need for living. Jesse and his family were incredible, it's the top of my list if return.
