Monthly Rentals in Nong Krathum

Woop! Great apartment and in our opinion the best area to stay in Korat. (And our friends visting us agreed.) We enjoyed our stay. The room is standard equipped (not anyone’s resident), but it worked well as there are so many restaurants and Grab to feed you 24/7, so you don’t need to be a master chef. The sofa is convertible, great if you have small kids, but the apartment is not really sized for that. And as usual, the gain is also a pain (in the but) with convertibles. :-D Highly recommend, the apartment, the building, the are and the great host. We will be back.

I stayed for a week at the Palm Villa and had everything and more i needed. Fully equipped Kitchen, Rice cooker, microwave, big fridge, wash machine etc. The host Ron answered all my questions regarding activities very well. The area is very quiet, neighbars are thai families and all infrastructure can be reached easily. If you do not need a swimming pool you are right at this place. For me it was a pleasure to stay there.

Manitas condo is located in a modern, well maintained building in a central location close to Khorat Mall. The building has a very well equipped gym and a large swimming pool for free use. The apartment is very bright, has all the comforts (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, high speed internet) and a wonderful view. I felt very comfortable here and can recommend this apartment without reservation.

AunAun is a nice host , She is quick response for the problem. The condominium located in the heart of the city conveniently.
