Vacation rentals with a patio in Noel

I enjoyed my week stay. The setting was very peaceful and the accommodations were just perfect. The hosts were very nice to communicate with. They were very helpful when I was in need of a ride. Very appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay again when looking for a place in Bella Vista.

This was my second time staying at Christa’s. It’s perfect for my work trips, a few minutes drive to everything, has great coffee options, quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable and the linens are soft. Christa is always friendly and helpful, and she always has snacks and beverages ready. I hope to stay again!

The studio was perfect. It featured nice high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and a good-sized bathroom. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it provided a very private atmosphere. The view was beautiful; we could see the lake even in January. The studio was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Whenever I had questions, Bruce responded quickly. It was worth every penny.

I am from ARKANSAS originally. My best friend and I came back for the weekend to visit with our friend who is a current resident of the area for a mom’s relaxation weekend. THIS STUDIO DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The sleeping areas were extremely comfortable. We were able to catch up, gossip, and share so much laughter. This place was perfect. Cynthia has really made this space beautiful and comfy. When we rotate our moms trip back to that area we will definitely see if this studio is available. We made such great memories💚 thank you so much for opening your home for a few best friends that see one another once a year.

This might be my favorite Airbnb stay yet. The space was so clean, inviting, and felt like home as soon as you stepped in. We had everything we needed, plus even some extras that had been included to make sure we were covered during our stay. The location was great, an easy walk to the square and surrounded by so many homes with lots of character and interesting architecture. Bentonville is an amazing town, and this spot gave us easy access to all it has to offer. We would definitely stay here again on return visits.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

We stayed here for Christmas and the stylish apartment gave us cozy, comfortable vibes to match the season - including a tree and wreath! The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and proactive. The location can't be beat. The kitchen had everything you could need and it was extra nice having access to the gym during our week-long stay. Parking was totally seamless. 10/10 recommend!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The houses were nicely decorated and so clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal!! We would definitely stay there again!

This house is so conveniently located to just about all of Bentonville. Two blocks to the momentary, and a short bike ride anywhere.

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

This is a very nice, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Thank you!!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

Great view of the golf course! The place was very peaceful. The rain shower head in the master bath was amazing! Will definitely stay here again. So clean, and Marilyn was a great host!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Sarah is amazing and made the whole experience a pleasure. She is great to work with and so responsive to all our needs. We will look forward to a return in the future.

Had a great stay here. Super close to the bike trails and places we could take the dogs for exercise. The kitchen was very well stocked. Definitely will stay again.
