Monthly Rentals in NoDa, Charlotte

We loved our stay here! Shirley was so helpful and responsive to all of our needs and questions. The location is perfect and made getting around the city easy. We will definitely be back this summer!

There are neat houses and clean houses. Neat looks clean but one might find hair on the floor (especially in bathroom), dust on furniture, or spills in the refrigerator. Rickita's was clean. I rested much easier without the nagging wonder if the toilet seat or sheets were washed. Rickita's sweet studio comes standard with amenities, but she had a few bottles of water and snacks, convenient for travelers. The tissue wasn't rough and enough was provided for a long stay, which I've had to purchase my own several times for both reasons. And the studio is equipped with streaming services too! Nicely furnished with a comforting color scheme. A balcony for fresh air. one suggestion would be to add a chair to sit and take in the wonderful moon. And oh, the bed...the bed was absolutely dreamy. So so comfortable! The NoDa area is lively and active with lots of coffee shops and restaurants is right outside the door. I would definitely book again!

Micheal was a responsive host. The house is lovely, clean and has modern touches. It’s in a nice neighborhood. My daughter and I felt completely safe walking around at night. It’s not far from the main area of restaurants but far enough away that you can escape the excitement when you want to. Soon my daughter will be living in Charlotte and I’d gladly come back and stay here again. Thanks!

We really enjoy the stay in Charlotte. Tony’s apartment is very comfortable to us, just like a warm home. The life around is very convenient. Only within 5 mins walk you can find a grocery store and very close to the Noda restaurants and light rail. The quiet neighborhood is wonderful for working from home.
