As always, great apartment, everything is clean, warm and welcoming. Mr. Adam was very contactable, however, it was never a problem very helpful and polite. It's a pleasure to host like this.

- A nice stay, apartment was as described. I am happy with the value provided. - A few minutes' walk to market square, small grocer right next door, a larger food store across the street and Lidl and Biedronka a few minutes' walk away. - Decently quiet mostly residential neighborhood. - Apartment decently equipped. Washing machine, ironing equipment is shared with the turnkey apartment next door - they are found in the shared space. - Hot water always available, apartment seemed warm (stayed in October when temp dropped to freezing during night). - Walls are a bit thin (can hear a lot from apartment next door). - Good security, apartment accessed via building entrance (by code), then another door to the shared 2-apartment space (code or FOB), and then the apartment door (Key).

Great place to stay in Kalisz. I stayed 2 months and had no problems.
