Treehouse vacation rentals in Nicaragua

I absolutely loved this treehouse! It was exactly what I needed. Angelica and Jorge are also wonderful people. They picked me up in San Jorge when I got off the ferry and Angelica would shuttle me to anywhere I needed to go the whole time I was there. Not only that, but they make some of the best cheese I've ever had and she would bring me a variety of cheeses throughout my stay. The sunsets are fantastic. The walk to the beach is short and there is an excellent restaurant right on the beach with great WiFi if you need to work. My colleagues were pretty jealous of my beachfront office. I already miss Casa Arbol and hope to come back. It's a real treasure.

Ramon’s place is very special. If you’re looking for luxury this is not the place, ( you can always pop next door for a dose of that), but if you want to stay somewhere that is more in tune with nature and incredibly beautiful to boot then this is definitely worth the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and left feeling relaxed. Ramon’s passion for the preservation of the jungle is admirable and of massive benefit to the whole island.

By far my favorite place on the island. If you can grab a spot here, do it. I came here with my daughter (8) and she loved it as much as she loved her new friends she made there (Lola and crew), so much so that she shed some tears when we had to leave. It’s super quiet, well made, creatively and sustainably designed and built, and just plain pretty. Including the puffy grass that covers the entire site like a fairy carpet. Loved the bucket showers too.

A quiet and unique paradise! We felt very comfortable right away. Surrounded by nature, with beautiful private beach, we were able to relax superbly. Both Ramon and his staff were very polite and helpful, so staying with Ensueños became a crowning end to the trip. Only the way out was a bit difficult, as the signposts were a little late (on the second turn) and we got lost. Great recommendation is the food! It's worth every penny - fresh, rich, varied.

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and the jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous- beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew!), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the experience overall was amazing. We highly recommend!

The place is very nice, quiet, and in a paradise corner of the island. Still be ready to cut wood to cook dry food, as there is no accessible fridge and you will need to use a cooking grill on your own fire! This is an experience. It is also possible to eat delicious meals directly on site but inform you of the prices with the host. In short, it's a beautiful place where it's nice to meet people from all over. Ramon was very friendly and welcoming. Consider bringing flashlight to the bathroom in the jungle at night:) and a lock to block your home. This island is a little paradise on earth.

The place was in a great location, steps from the beach. Popoyo beach is a long flat stretch of sand with few people so great for long walks. The place had everything needed for longer stays. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed very comfortable. Paula was extremely responsive and kind. She definitely understands how to treat guests. She gave very clear directions to the house and for check in.

Great place located at the bottom of Quinn Hill. Walkable distance or short scooter ride to Pic Nic/Arenas beach. The house itself was very clean and it was nice to have a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise! Ryan was responsive and answered my many questions. I would definitely recommend this place.
