Condo vacation rentals in Nicaragua

Jorge and his parents were the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. They brought us coffee and fruits in the morning and were always there to help if we needed anything. The room was nice and clean and we felt very comfortable. It is a bit far from most places but Jorge helped us to rent scooters and with those we were able to get everywhere really fast. Overall our stay was a very pleasant. I recommend if you want to experience authentic life in Nicaragua :)

We enjoyed a month stay in Richard's condo. Great accommodations, kitchen well equipped to prepare meals, and comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Easy walking distance into town for restaurants and shopping.

The duplex was one of four in a contained courtyard, very well maintained and pretty. The room was spacious and well built with beautiful wood. We didn’t realize this before visiting, but this beach is like a little surfer enclave, which is what pretty much everyone else was there for. It did seem like it was a very safe and popular spot for solo female travelers. Ben is one of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. He was the real deal, working with his hired crew every day on maintenance items and taking time away only to cater to guests to make sure everyone was happy and answer questions. He gave us recommendations for other spots to visit in the country.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.

It’s a great location just out of town. easy to get a taxi, rent a car or motorcycle. Very responsive host. Ac in bedrooms and living room, which was nice and the pool was well taking care of and great to meet people and relax. A washer is available for a small fee which is a bonus. There is a pickleball court at the condos and there was construction going on but only until 5 pm. Neighbours were all friendly and a lot of long term stays. You do pay for washer use and electricity separately. I would stay again.

Beautiful place, lovely views, great hosts!

John's apartment was fantastic. Very modern and clean apartment and in a great location just down the road from the main street and beach. The views were amazing and there is a fan and air conditioning and hot water showers. The wifi did cut out a lot but worked enough for what we needed. Ramon, the property manager was also so accommodating. He delivered everything we needed and went above and beyond to track down and deliver crutches for me as I had an accident before coming to SJDS and could not walk. I could not recommend this apartment more and will definitely stay here again when I return to SJDS.

Everything was great! Jennifer was very attentive to my messages ! The kitchen needs a little more equipment.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

Very good and pleasant. Jeremy is always attentive, and the staff is always available for any consultation.

Great stay here! Comfy beds, very clean, updated and nice. Felt safe. At the end of town, but walkable. We did the walk with very young kids which wasn't the easiest, but doable. Taxi's are very affordable and easy to grab if you don't want to walk.

We had an amazing stay! The place was stunning, with breathtaking views and a fantastic pool. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us organize everything we needed. The place was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway!

We had a great time in Playa el Coco. Melanie's place is right on the beautiful beach, and also has a pool that was perfect for our little kiddos. The place was clean and we felt very safe. Melanie, and the property manager Noel, were very responsive and quick to help to ensure we had a great time. Thanks for the memories!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KODU apartments , and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless . The check-in process was swift, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a breathtaking view of the city skyline. We would love to come back soon!

Myleiddy greeted us when we arrived, all the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to down town San Juan. We felt safe and even made some friends who were staying at the condo as well. I would recommend Brisas del Mar and look forward to staying there again.

Lovely spot! Looked exactly like the pictures. Just far enough from the main drag to be peaceful at night, but could still walk to everything in minutes. Jessica was super helpful and responsive. Nice little guide to the area in the room. Really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We weren't here long, but I would definitely stay here again if I were back in town. Thanks so much!
