Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Niagara County

Had a lovely time for a quick getaway. Loved walking over to the lake and poking around the village. Even off season it was charming. The hot tub was fabulous and the house is cozy. Beds are comfortable, too, which is hard to find at an Airbnb :)

We really enjoyed staying and Adam’s place. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It had floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Niagara River so there was a beautiful view at all times. We were fortunate enough that we saw an eagle sitting in the tree in front of the property scouting for its breakfast. Just beautiful. The hot tub was perfect as was the patio. When it was warm enough, we sat in the Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the view. The walking/bike path was just outside the home so you could walk along the river whenever you wanted. There was a grocery store within walking distance as well as several restaurants. It was very convenient. We would highly recommend this home. We will definitely come back next time we are in Buffalo.

It was a nice and cozy stay at the house and the scenic view was so wonderful that I used it to propose to my girlfriend. Definitely going to return and would highly recommend!

The house was great and as pictured. The ceilings were low but it was not an issue for my family. There was plenty of wood for the indoor fireplace and the fire pit outside. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to have a fire outside. The beds were very comfortable. They also put up a Christmas tree for our stay which was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little house very clean, was equipped with everything you might want to cook, beds were comfortable with extra pillows, a lot of nice towels. It was close to restaurants and Niagara Falls.

The house was adorable, could definitely use some updating, but it was perfect to relax by the lake for a couple of days. I will say the big bathroom with the good shower and 2 bedrooms were up a very narrow set of spiral stairs, so it would be very difficult to take a suitcase up. Another potential issue was a gas smell coming from the closer with the furnace, but Lisa assured me that her "furnace" guy checked it out and everything was good, also there are carbon monoxide detectors on each level. It was a great relaxing location and the neighbors were quiet. The hot tub was murky, maybe it could use a shock treatment or something? We still used it and watched the sunset. There was a little convenience store down the road with really tasty breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great and matched the description perfectly. Nancy was very easy to deal with and responsive with clear instructions for check-in. I would definitely recommend staying here if given the chance!

My group and I stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. We travail with my pet (dog). The house was close to work and was able to come home for lunch. We don’t get that often. Todd was a great host. He and his co-listers were quick to respond to all messages. The house still has some of the original details; such as, the old mail receptacles in the front entrance of the home. I can appreciate keeping the integrity of the home. Sidenote, there is only one central unit for the entire over and under home. Bathroom stayed on the cooler side. I travel with the fan and we were able to find a heater in the basement. Very close to the falls!! Over all great place. Thanks for hosting us.

This was such a unique Air BnB and one of the most charming we have ever stayed at! The decor was early 20th century Parisian and offered beautiful spots indoors for cute pictures! I had no idea it was a local famous AirBnB! I booked it based on price and proximity to the Falls! Not even a 1mile directly from the front door to Maid of the Mist. It was so convenient to park on the street for free (observe her guidance for street parking!) There were several tasty restaurants near by all walkable and easy to get on the main road to go to Wegmans or Walmart. And if you’re a runner make sure to bring your running shoes. Trails easily accessible from her front porch! Shelia herself was very sweet! We saw her on the way out due to us arriving late and needing to let ourselves in. Enjoy her collage artworks too which are throughout! Her artistic abilities create the most beautiful Air BnB!

This place was so fun to stay in. The living room was our favorite space and we spent most of our time listening to the records provided and keeping warm by the fireplace. The bathroom was AMAZING and exactly the reason I booked this place. This is the biggest place I’ve stayed in the area and would gladly book again!

I had such an amazing stay! It’s great when hosts go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, and it’s clear that Katrina really goes above and beyond to make the apartment special. The amenities like the massage chair and foot massager are a nice touch after a long day! Plus, being close to both Buffalo and Niagara Falls is a huge bonus.

This was a perfect location for our visit to Tonawanda! So close to great restaurants on the canal and a short drive to the Falls. We loved the private apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Natalia was a wonderful and responsive host.

The Riverloft was perfect! 3 bedrooms/2 bath & was comfortable for the 5 of us. It was spacious & clean, & conveniently upstairs from the diner where we ate breakfast & lunch. Michael the host also owns the diner & is super friendly & was responsive to all of our needs!!! The view overlooking the Niagara River & Lake Ontario was gorgeous!!! We enjoyed playing cards & Scrabble as we watched the sunset…even saw a regatta - with several sailboats coming in under spinnaker!!! Unique to see so many sailboats on a river!!! Of course this is due to the River emptying into Lake Ontario a short distance away. The neighborhood around the rental is filled with beautiful historic homes - such a great place to walk. And after you burn off some calories, you can get an ice cream at the little shop just next door to the Riverloft! The free trolley to get to Niagara Falls is very useful, but you will have to wait around for it to arrive…& you can link to a 2nd trolley at the Falls $3/person

We came to visit Niagara Falls. We parked our car in the lot just outside the back door as specified by the owner. Entry was easy and felt safe. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. WiFi was fast. We were a 10-20 min walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. I can only say good things about this place! Highly recommend!
