This thoughtfully, beautifully and perfectly appointed urban oasis is perfect for visiting the sites of Rotarua (with a car/uber). It was cosy, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities like charging points by the bed, a nespresso coffee machine and a full size fridge. Netflix is readily available, signed in and ready to go. Great power from the shower and a lovely secluded hot tub! Adrian messaged with super helpful instructions and gave recommendations on request in a timely manner. We spent 2 nights here, so with 1 full day we would recommend the activities we did: - the Kiwi Hatchery (amazing! We saw two young ones and then a baby who was having a health check after hatching that morning), - the Hells Gate geothermal spa (I’m not a huge spa fan and probably could have dropped this but it was a novelty to experience. strongly recommend hiring togs and towels), - a swim in Kerosene creek (free natural jacuzzi) - the redwood treetop walk at night - spectacular! - Poco

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was peaceful and cosy, the perfect escape from the city. The view from the property was so nice —such a beautiful, relaxing setting. One of the highlights was definitely the tennis court—it was so much fun to have that right on site. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and the host made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a touch of fun!
