Monthly Rentals in Newtown

A perfect spot, close enough to Newtown to walk, yet set far enough away to be peaceful. Apartment had everything you could want, including an amazing shower, tea and coffee. We will be back for certain!

Allan is a great host with quick responses to my questions. His place is very nice and clean and very convenient next to St Peter’s Train station with connections to anywhere to go in Sydney. Even though we had a rental car, we used the convenient trains to go around except to Blue Mountain and see some of our friends in the suburbs. Allan’s place is next to a convenient store and walkable to lots of nice restaurants on Kings Street. I highly recommend Allan’s place and we would rent it again if we ever make our next trip from USA to Sydney.

We really loved the appartement! everything in there is of quality, and it's even better in person compared to the photos. We loved, that there already was coffee and high quality bodywash and other hygiene stuff available! The main bedroom was very comfortable and the second bedroom was good aswell. It could only be even better if there was a bed in there instead of a sleeping couch, or maybe a topper. having 2 individual bathrooms was great! We would try to go for that appartement again in the future, because the location where it's at is great, and offers many lovely cafes, pubs etc. Circular Quay/Central is also very easy to reach via train which is very close. All in all a great stay for an extended period of time.

Tim’s place was perfect for my partner and I, great location close to loads of restaurants and cafes. The parking space was amazing to have for this area and the apartment was super quiet even though it’s near the hustle and bustle of Newtown. Great amenities including a washing machine. The apartment also gets great light and the balcony space is also a bonus! Thanks for the stay
