House vacation rentals in Newmarket

Eleven of us stayed in the barn and stables for the weekend. The barn and stables both have fantastic living, dining and cooking spaces especially the barn which has a double height gallery. All the bedrooms are comfortable, clean and private. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are delughtful with plenty of lovely doves and chickens. We had a great stay and would highly recommend :)

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you so much for being a great host . It is a very special place. Homemade jam and bread in the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Nayland village was a great base to explore the coast and countryside. Easy to access to river for paddle boarding and fishing , with a great pub serving good food right on the river.Hopefully we will be able to return soon . Thanks again to your wonderful mum for the lift to our car.

The house itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, made us feel right at home. Claire went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her prompt communication, helpful tips about the local area, and genuine care for our comfort truly made a difference. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, we were able to explore all that Cambridge has to offer with ease. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. A truly wonderful house, with a real sense of history from the moment Patsie greeted us and showed us around. There are so many interesting things to look at in the house. The village is beautiful and has a pub with delicious food just 3 minutes walk away. We are already hoping to go back again

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend. Really enjoyed the house and the facilities made use of the local pub and the farm. We took two children five and three years old as well Dogs we had a great time would definitely recommend. Tanya was always there if needed, and really helpful I’ll would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. Found the rooms really spacious and comfortable. It’s a peaceful location yet near the city and has A12 access for a quick getaway. The coffee shop and Coop a few minutes walk away were also really handy for the morning boost and to shop.

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

Weirdly enough we found ourselves needing accommodation due to a leak at our home and our property rented out. Letto helped us out immensely and the property was just as described and very homely. Will defo be recommending Letto Accommodation to anyone.

This was home away from home for a week for my family with three small children. I was very happy with how clean, spacious, and well-equipped the apartment was. It is beautifully decorated and just as shown in the photos. The hosts were considerate, responsive, and understanding. The location was ideal for us, being close to family, a park, and the Sainsbury’s. 2 things I wish I had known ahead of time: (1) The SRK company requires an additional refundable £200 deposit and signing of a hiring agreement prior to your stay. Because of some technical difficulties on their side, I didn’t know about this until the day before our stay and felt a bit blindsided. (2) Tea, instant coffee, sugar, and some biscuits were kindly provided. However, salt and pepper are not provided. All in all, I would absolutely consider this place again on my next visit to Peterborough.

Perfect destination there was a gym and shop, one minute away for your property felt right at home. Thanks again.Kev

We had a wonderful stay at Angeline’s house. The place looks exactly as described and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood but close to the center with many things to do nearby. Angeline is an excellent host! We will be missing Cambridge!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed at this Airbnb for my 20th birthday celebration. The house was very spacious and cosy, the place was nice and clean and all instructions were clear.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

We used Mairi's cottage as a base for a few days discovering the area of Melford and Lavenham. The house was very homely and comfortable. There are some improvements being made in the garden, but this did not impact on our stay. It was still nice to sit on the patio area, and enjoy the view. Mairi kept close communication with us, and informed us of anything we might to know. It was a lovely visit to the area.

Myself and partner have just got home from a cheeky 3rd anniversary weekend away with a hidden agenda. The Roundhouse was a great base for our plan’s for visiting Audley End House. Claire was a great host and very responsive to messages. We also had the bonus of a slightly earlier checkin. The house is well equipped for all your needs and the welcome hamper and bottle of wine was great touch. The house has such a charm. The Roundhouse will always be special to us as I used the weekend to propose to my partner Gemma whilst at Audley End House. We will be back for sure.
