James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

This was our second stay at Renata’s house and it was just as lovely. Very responsive when I contacted her about something. Very clean and tidy house with everything you could need.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

For a work trip to Southampton, Marc’s apartment is perfect. Easy to locate a short walk to the docks & old town with some great food. The apartment was very chic, lovely view of the river, very safe & secure. Parking was an excellent addition. I felt very comfortable mixing work & a little tourism. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit & would definitely wish to return.

We had a couple of our guys working in the area who stayed at the property. they reported back that they had a very comfortable stay the property was in a good location and was clean and tidy Paul the host was very responsive. if working in the area again would definitely rebook

A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

House perfectly situated couldn’t have been better

Wonderful place - clean, well-located and characterful. Hosts were helpful - and provided additional support in accommodating our toddler.

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

It was great staying at Beshley's place, just 10 mins walk from Canoe Lake and the beach, so was very convenient.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Compact and comfortable. Nice and clean. Beautiful garden and nature surroundings, whilst being not far away from cafes and shops. Peaceful. I loved waking up to the morning views out the front window.
