The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Well it was that good the first time , my daughter had to return to celebrate her 13th birthday at tai and Amy’s . They were so kind and put out balloons and banners such a lovely gesture . This house is perfect and communication is always on point the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in . Has everything you could possibly need and really does cater for all ages . Great property, cosy home Very comfortable, clean, well decorated and equipped. We came very late and were worried about finding milk for my little one during Bank Holiday. I Was greatly surprised as Emma left fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits by the kettle. The beds were very comfortable. had everything needed. The book of information on the table was so helpful and Emma’s mother checked on us to make sure things were ok. Had a lovely stay and definitely recommend it. Only one awkward thing when reaching the house… there is on-street parking and also a private place..Careful following your SatNav entering the one way..

Lovely place to stay, felt homely straight away with everything you could need. Local shops, pub and cafe all close by, and a short drive to Lincoln for more to do if required. Would stay again

The place is easy to find, clean and home away from home. James is very responsive to all our queries and clear communications. 10 minutes walk to train station and there is a local Sainsbury's as well as buses nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Oldfield House! The house is stunning and spacious, with plenty of outdoor space and a wonderful view of the reservoir. Julie was a fantastic host and always on hand if we needed anything. The 12pm checkout was the cherry on the cake - so nice not having the morning rush. We would 100% recommend Oldfield House!

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Contacted early afternoon of the day we needed the room after being let down by a different awful Airbnb host. Although similar descriptions and similar places they were world's apart with this being everything the previous place had promised to be. Clean, quiet, great facilities.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

Great location close to tram - Mat and Kieran are very responsive hosts - we stayed for a week and was perfect for our needs - we loved the vibe of the area.

Lots of information on how to check in including pictures if needed. It had everything I needed in there and lots of space for one person. The only thing I’d say is the lighting in the bedroom isn’t great and a full length mirror would be useful but that’s easily resolved and shouldnt impact the overall review! Thanks so much!!

We had a great first Airbnb experience as a family of three, and Angie helped make it truly enjoyable. The flat was just as described, if not better – clean, tidy, and with all the essentials provided. Its location near the city centre, along with secure parking, made it incredibly convenient, while the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Angie was very experienced and ensured a smooth and professional check-in process. The only minor point to mention is that the internal staircase is a little steep, so care is needed. That said, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend Angie’s place. Thank you so much for hosting us!

John was a great host, really responsive. the place had a helpful local guide which we made use of, and check in and out instructions were really clear. Everything worked as in the listing so came across no problems during our stay.

We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely flat. Everything was clean and just as we needed it. Paul and Sarah were very helpful, even when I parked my car in the wrong place! Sarah went and asked a neighbour to move her car so that I could get out again! My fault, I had been asked to park on the drive, which is In Front of the house!!

Definition of a superhost. Quick replies to any of my questions. Apartment was beautiful and in amazing condition. Kitchen has all the utensils you could ever need. Beds super comfortable and showers with good water pressure. For sure the best BnB in Nottingham.

Lovely apartment, incredible view out across the cricket ground. Host was very good at communicating. Would love to stay again in the future.
