Super cozy place. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find location. Would definitely recommend!

A very safe, quiet and clean guest suite. If you are ever in the area of Newark Delaware, I will recommend you reserve this place for a small visit. There’s a refrigerator in there. There’s a nice stove and the bathroom and the standup shower is immaculate. Easy instructions to to unlock and lock the door. I really appreciated the way the host treated me at their place. I was visiting one of my brothers that I served with in the Navy and I told him every time I come I will reserve this place if it’s available.

Very comfortable accommodations for the three of us. Fully functional kitchen, with good seating areas for guest relaxation or activities. Close to University of Delaware. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Home was well suited for our needs and would stay there again.

We felt right at home here! I truly need Kim to organize my life as well as she’s organized her home! Everything was neat and in order. So quiet and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sitting at a wrestling tournament. Close proximity to the college but tucked back in a quiet neighborhood!
