Very clean and excellent location. The neighborhood was a nice surprise with lots of great restaurants, safe at night, and very accessible by public transit. We had some communication issues at first, but they were resolved and the hosts were very warm and friendly. I felt at home. The room was as-pictured and super nice and comfortable.

This is truly a home away from home! Louis's listing was very accurate. My cousin and mother stayed here twice before and raved about it, so it was a no-brainer when we needed to come to New Jersey at the last minute to help my ailing aunt. I literally had no complaints! I felt safe and the location was great (ask anybody who is from Jersey lol). The room and bathroom were super clean, which can be hard to find at times. Louis was very responsive and all around nice. You can tell that he and his wife really take care of their home and want all of their guests to feel like family. He literally went above and beyond for us during a difficult time. I will always stay at Louis' place anytime I have to come to New Jersey especially since he has another space that can accommodate more guests.

Rick was always responsive and even helped with some last minute changes. Also recommended a nice ferry ride. Too add, even William was always helpful. Overall had a great stay. Walkable to the Grove station PATH, many cafes nearby. The place was super clean and as shown in the pictures.

It's always a pleasure staying with Maria. She's a very thoughtful and attentive host. This is my second stay at Maria's and already booked a third stay. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Sitting in the large swivel chair and staring out the French Doors in the morning and in the evening is a delight, the backyard is like it's own little forest. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with convenient parking and a warm welcoming host.

The stay was accommodating and Nancy was a great host. She made sure the room was clean and ready to stay in.

I stopped at Lily’s house for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. It was my first time visiting NYC and Lily was super helpful! On the first morning, she walked to the bus stop with me, and made sure I knew which bus to get to get to and from Manhattan. She was super hospitable, really made you feel at home. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was always clean with fresh towels etc, and the home is beautiful! The area of Leonia is a lovely suberb, very peaceful and tranquil. Location wise - it takes around 35/40 minutes to reach Manhattan, and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the road. I would absolutely stay with Lily again if I came back to NYC. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Nergis is a great host and was very friendly with my dog. She offered me coffee and tea. The room is spacious, although the bed is small (only big enough for one person). I was glad to have a small desk. I was happy to meet a cute dog and a friendly cat who were staying there.

The house is beautiful, located in a very safe and quiet area. It is a beautiful place to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful days. Lily is a great host, very warm and respectful. I stayed in her house just the days she was organizing her daughter's birthday and even so she was always attentive to me and my needs. I would definitely come back

I had an amazing stay at Debasish’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Fantastic location! apartment is close to all the major attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city so convenient. I’ll definitely be back! Communication was top tier!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gloria’s home. It is located in the middle of a gorgeous neighborhood, near all of the amazing restaurants and shopping Rye has to offer. It is also however, tucked just enough away to feel like you are connected with nature. The home itself is a work of art- beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the trees and stream that runs through the property. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace which came with some starter logs. Gloria was responsive and friendly and helped make our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back to this gem!

Nice place. Was pretty close to where we had to travel to on our trip there. The kitchen was clean but could use a toaster and a few more dishes.
