Luxury rentals in New South Wales

By far the best Airbnb we have ever staying in. Louise and Ben have done a fabulous job with this residence .. they have literally thought of everything.. felt like I was right at home! Could not recommend more highly for a big family of group of friends. We will absolutely be back!

We were very spoilt for the weekend that we stayed, the weather was amazing. It was a lovely time to spend with our mum who turned 80. She loved the view and the whales that we saw. This definitely is a magic spot!

Absolutely stunning location with breath taking views on both sides of the property. We were speechless when entering the property. Andrea was great and very welcoming when doing our introduction and walking us through the Airbnb for check in. Clear instructions were given making check in and check out easy. The house was pristine with all of the amenities stocked with everything you could need plus more. Thank you The ridge for having us.

The place was perfect for big groups. The living spaces were large and spacious and there was a separation between the formal and casual spaces. Access to the beach was super convenient and easy to clean up after beach going. There were plenty of space for everyone with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again.

I have stayed in many airbnbs all over the world and Barefoot at Broken Heads tops them all. The home is very unique, Bali-style open plan living with gorgeous lush manicured gardens. Truly feels like paradise there with a private path to a secluded beach. Pictures do not do the place justice. Each bedroom it’s own structure giving us all separation with an open air living room in the middle. The home is luxurious, I appreciate the nice linens and a fully stocked kitchen which can be rare on airbnb - everything we needed as we do lots of cooking. The house is only a 3 minute drive from a little town with shops to get what we needed and less than 10 mins to Byron Bay! The service Tim provides is also exceptional. He accommodated us for an VERY early check in, was easy to communicate with and even organized change of bed linens as we had guests change over. He suggested activities, has bikes and boards at the house for use. Cannot recommend this enough and can’t wait to rent again!
