Great location!! Spacious apartment & outdoor space! So walkable to restaurants and the river boat tour. Christina was super responsive and let us check-in early, which was greatly appreciated since we had just gotten off a long international flight. Hope to be back someday!

Lovely modern apartment right in central Christchurch! It was spacious for a couple and very clean with all the kitchen amenities needed for cooking. We would happily stay again if visiting Christchurch!

It is a beautiful 1 Bedbroom townhouse. All amenities is exactly as mentioned. Parking is street parking next to the townhouse. Bathroom was spotless. Only thing for us we couldn't find any C type EV charging stations near by. Most of the charging station are for tesla type charging stations. If ev cars that uses C Type chargers they must have adapter for charging.

Jule's place was beautiful and the perfect stay for our group of 4! Jules was great at communicating about the accommodation and the Sumner area. The space was very spacious, with a clean living, kitchen and bathroom area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our group was thrilled to stay there and we can't wait to come back and enjoy the accommodation and the Sumner area again. I highly recommend booking this place!

Kate was such an awesome host!We enjoyed our stay so much!it was great for my family! Everything was clean and orderly,bathrooms both have great water pressure and hot water!!!(major must for me!) house also warm and cosy! Kitchen great for having our Kai and big comfy beds!gardens were so amazing I’ve come home inspired for my food garden! I definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone who needs a house with children of any age as it’s safe clean warm and even has toys for young ones(something I’ve hardly come across at other air bnbs! We spent New Year's Eve at this place and found the location excellent, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and the CBD. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

Loved the location. Walked to everything. Despite being so central it felt very private and quiet. The apartment complex has nice outdoor spaces. Apartment was on the shaded side of building so nice and cool on hot days. Very clear instructions for everything (including manuals for the appliances which was very useful). Great to have laundry facilities. Although the shower leaked, we’ve let manager know so that shouldn’t be an ongoing issue. Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable price for what you get.

needed a place to stay while i was settli g a house deal and this popped up at just thr right time, awesome lication, awesome kitchen and gas stove (steaks were great on it) amazing bed and bathroom. the interior access garage was wonderful as well, the location was walking distance to the shops and mall and food places, but being down a driveway down a no exit street it was super quiet and secure and peaceful. Amazing place , thanks heaps !!!
