Very comfortable well located and looked after - absolutely loved the extra long bath - what a treat! Also great to have off road parking for more than one vehicle - great value for money

We had a relaxing time at Leigh's, the house was welcoming, warm and friendly, communication with Leigh, fast, efficient and easy. We would not hesitate to stay at Leigh's place again, should the opportunity arise.

Allen's place was perfect for us! A group of mates on a golf trip passing through, comfy, clean and the experience was stress free. Exactly what we are after, would stay again, and definitely recommend! - Freddie

Brand new cozy terraced house in modern complex with both private and communal outdoor space. Decorated very nicely throughout with all brand new appliances - washer dryer particularly handy! Extremely well equipped kitchen and very thoughtful touches throughout even down to a first aid kit and lint roller. Felt like home, would stay again anytime :)

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

The host is undoubtedly a thoughtful and considerate individual who has prepared every essential for comfortable living—down to the smallest detail. To our delightful surprise, they even included an Easter gift, showcasing exceptional hospitality. This is absolutely a must-stay accommodation in Christchurch. Highly recommended!

Amazing apt

The place was incredibly clean on our arrival. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Loads of great Christchurch eateries and local attractions within walking distance. Instructions from the host were excellent and covered all the details really well, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would happily book again.

This was my second time staying at Ann-Marie's place in a week and it was truly wonderful and excellent both times. The place is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by stunning scenery and a large gorgeous yard. The place is roomy, cozy, and has everything you need. The best part is Ann-Marie. She is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to support and help in any way possible. I truly enjoyed both of my stays here and I would definitely love to come back again. Really impressed with the views, the cozy warm space and well lit kitchen. The parking space was easy to access and there was no stress with our big farming ute. We’ll definitely be staying again when we come back to Christchurch. Thanks Barry and Sue!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The place is extremely well insulated so we didn’t have to touch the aircon at all. It also keeps out most of the traffic noise. The bedroom did still have a bit of traffic noise so if you’re sensitive to that, take earplugs. The bed was firm but comfortable. It’s a beautiful walk to town via the park and river paths. It’s a beautiful place to be when you’re exploring Christchurch.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

I booked Jo’s place for my parents to stay when they came to visit from overseas. I could not have possibly found a more perfect home away from home for them. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed, clean, and comfortable. And the views!! Jo and Lance were ideal hosts - always friendly, informative, responsive, and available. Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!

We stayed in Kate’s house for one night after a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, before an early flight out of Christchurch the next morning. We were thankful for a comfortable bed after a week of sleeping in a campervan! Kate’s place was clean and tidy and she was very friendly, giving me a few suggestions for things to do in Christchurch that night. Good location beside Hagley Park, we walked to the botanic gardens and into the city. It was also convenient for getting to the airport the following morning. A very short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks Kate!
