Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Christchurch

Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

We found the accommodation really comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our stay as we could walk to the concert that we came up to Christchurch for and had a lovely peaceful walk on the beach. Thank you!

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely host! Great house, nice & spacious. Lovely shower & bath tub. Kids loved the spa pool. Nice bbq deck area, spent time out here for dinners and morning coffees. NESPRESSO MACHINE ! LOVE!! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the Avon. Was great fun! Highlight of the trip(: Highly recommend

Your prompt responses to our inquiries allowed us to plan our stay efficiently. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. The modern décor was particularly appealing, and we especially enjoyed the exceptionally clean and comfortable blankets and bedding. The beds were ample for two people, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The neighbours were quiet and considerate, and the off-street parking was a huge plus since we had a rental car. I utilised most of the appliances in the apartment, and they all worked flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would happily book this in the future and the key reasons would be because of how wonderful the hosts were!

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with cooking staples supplied, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect! Centrally located and within walking distance to the city, it was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. This apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Perfect location in central Christchurch. Gorgeous place with nice balcony. Very very secure. Wish we could have stayed longer! Had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hard to find anything better. We LOVED the apartment and would highly recommend it for future travellers. Very modern, well equipped, clean and just LOVELY in all ways. Glad we discovered this place.

We came back a second time to Anne-Marie's place. Anne-Marie went above and beyond as a super host. Not only was everything spotless, spacious, and modern - but we had a written welcome, Anne-Marie was willing to save mailings for us, and was helpful in other ways, as well. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Great WiFi for my husband to work. Close cafes for a walking destination. Beautiful walking areas. Space was exactly what we needed. I hated leaving.

The best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly want or ask for. And a good sized outdoor area. Both rooms have ensuites which is a big plus. And a car park. A great cafe (Table at the Monks) at the end of the apartment block just metres away from the side gate.

This was my second visit. Lily and Anna were super helpful in organising my booking and a connnecting one at short notice. I love this apartment. It's small but beautifully appointed, convenient to the Avon walkway and the city. It is on a busy road but that didn't bother me. The outside patio is lovely in the evening. I will return for sure.

To describe Michael’s place in one word: “WOW!” This apartment is absolutely amazing! Just a short walk to the heart of the city, with a cafe right in the complex. Or, if you’re feeling like staying in, Michael’s got you covered with coffee and biscuits while you chill on the deck and watch the kids having fun in the park across the road. Or the trams in the distance. It has everything you need – and then some! Can’t wait to book my next stay in ChCh!

Fantastic hosts and beautiful home. We did not have a car and the buses were great and Jo was wonderful to pick us up at the bottom of the hill. The view is amazing and the gardens so lovely. Would give more stars if we could

Perfect in every way. Could not fault this accommodation. Rachel and Paul's apartment was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Ground floor apartment with dedicated parking spot, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good choice of restaurants. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers and comfy beds and pillows. What more could you want. Rachael sent us good instructions and was quick to respond to messages I sent. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends who are visiting NZ later this year. Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
