We had a wonderful experience staying at Laralyn’s place! The house was exactly as described, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, kitchen was fully equipped and living area had a great ambiance and made it feel like home. Laralyn was an excellent host—communication was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auburn or around the area.

We had a great stay. We had Thanksgiving at the house, and it easily accommodated those of us staying at the house, and a few extra. We were able to walk to cornish Christmas. (Downtown) This is a great centralized place to rent.

Great place in the mountains. I love this part of California and come up about once a year for hiking/swimming. Cabin is as advertised, was lovely and comfortable. Kitchen was awesome (we love to cook) and we made great use of the grill as well. Host was responsive and communicative. Book it!

Our time at the Hart house was so nourishing and tranquil - just what we were looking for. The house was so beautiful, we especially loved the big kitchen and bathtubs. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks for having us!

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

We planned for a easy, peaceful New Years trip and that's exactly what we got. The location is beautiful and tranquil. I also really appreciate how attentive and helpful the host was. We took their recommendation for a location that was close and easy for a snow day! Loved it all. Thank you for sharing the place! Hope to come again in the summer.

The two houses were perfect for a large family getaway. The kitchens were the most stocked I've ever seen in an airbnb with great supplies and cooking equipment. The hot tub is brand new and amazing and all of the beds were comfortable and clean.

One of the best cabin’s we had stayed at. Very spacious and clean. Our party of 10 slept comfortably. Really liked the big island in the kitchen which gave us plenty of room to prep and cook. Back patio was big for us to hang out and relax. Location is great, literally like 5 minutes from the stores and Kings Beach. The host is flexible and always responded quick. Would definitely recommend for any big family. And would book again.

I took our student government to this location for our winter planning retreat. I met our needs beautifully. The students really enjoyed the layout and the space.

Our organization recently held our semi-annual retreat at Clayton’s Place in Glass Valley, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the serene environment and incredible accommodations. Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While it’s worth noting that there are only two showers available, the overall experience far outweighed this minor detail. The property is a gem, featuring amazing amenities such as a hot tub, pool, barbeque, and a variety of games thoughtfully provided by Clayton. The karaoke machine was a hit, and the private property’s peacefulness made it easy for us to connect as a group. The easy access to hiking trails and nature further enriched our experience. Clayton’s Place was perfect for our needs and offered the ideal balance of comfort, fun, and tranquility. We wholeheartedly agree that this is one of the best options for group getaways, and we look forward to staying here again!

My husband and son has been to this condo before and it does not disappoint. It was the perfect launching pad for summer mountain biking and even more perfect for winter skiing! Location can’t be beat and it has everything you need. Wonderful place and we’ve already booked our next trip weekend at Northstar.
