We loved the cottage! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kathy went out of her way to make us feel at home, including fresh flowers and treats! We will definitely return.

It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

Great place! Love that we could bring our dogs. Area was super walkable and super close to the mountains! Would absolutely come back!

We (plus our dog) had a perfect long weekend at Carmelita Cabana. The space was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and we were able to cook easy meals for two. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space but also liked that there was a vacuum to clean up any dirt we might have brought in. The living area and bedroom stayed a very comfortable temperature and we had no issues with being too cold/too warm. Our dog can be sensitive to noises in a new place, but she had no issues whatsoever. The view was unbeatable, and our only problem was that our trip wasn’t long enough!

Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely surrounding. Suzanne is an amazing host. She is very responsive and helping. House is beautifully decorated, so is the surrounding. Kitchen is nicely stocked. She offered to lend her saucers and sleds which the kids enjoyed a lot on the Tahoe snow! We missed the puzzle factory tour but the kids would love to visit it next time. All in all a beautiful stay and we would love to be back.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.

Beautiful location and ideal accommodations for a quick stay. We were attending a wedding in Foresthill and this was our best option for staying within walking-distance. The cabin was clean and tidy, adequately stocked, and extremely comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, and the setting was perfect. Highly recommend.

Small but comfortable cabin in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced large backyard and small mudroom are nice features. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit.

Perfect if you want a get away free of distractions. The place was just as described and really well kept. A family of deer live in the area so it was a wonderful surprise to catch them walking around the property from the deck. We look forward to coming back in the summer time when we can explore the swimming holes in the area, and make use of the outdoor shower.

Very friendly & helpful communication! The tiny home had everything we could have needed. We are tall-ish (6’) and did just fine, had to hunch over in the bed area, but all of this was well described in the listing. Hot shower was lovely after a day at Empire park. The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of places to eat and cute shops just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect peaceful retreat from my grind in SF. The tinyhouse ADU is exactly as described and felt very private.

Great price and an enjoyable stay! Very friendly dog and cat on the property, and the goats were cute and entertaining to watch. We had a short stay and were out exploring for a majority of the days. Jerre was responsive when we had some troubles connecting to the hummginmbird wifi. Thank you

Tiffany’s home is the most perfect escape from SF; the home is cozy and well-appointed, the stars are breathtaking, and visits from local wildlife were beyond charming (we had 7 deer in the yard twice!). I was charmed by their hospitality and wonderful recommendations for local hikes and coffee shops. I hope to return soon!

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and thoughtfully designed with lots of details that make it feel like a high-quality retreat, especially for families. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—much better than most rentals—and made cooking easy and enjoyable. The cabin stayed warm overnight even without turning on the heat, and the WiFi was reliable enough for a work video call. Beds and mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. One thing to note for families with young kids: I wouldn’t recommend it for toddlers, as the stairs are steep and the heater is floor-mounted. Fortunately, our child was old enough for it not to be an issue. A small tip: the melamine plates are very cute, but not microwave-safe—learned that the hard way! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Another relaxing and quiet stay at an awesome place with greatest sunsets you can enjoy from the outside deck. Highly recommended!

Great romantic weekend getaway! This was a cozy and peaceful spot. House was exactly as described. Very comfortable furniture including the bed. Very close to a lot of great restaurants and activities.

2nd time staying at the Boho and just as nice! Beautiful weather this time around and Erin suggested seeing the tulips at the Crystal Hermitage, which were just starting to bloom. Went to the Ananda center for meditation and yoga as well. Another amazing experience and looking forward to the next time to retreat.
