Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to Messe/Stuttgart Airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Comfortable 2-room apartment

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 motorways. Stuttgart Airport is about 16 km away and 25 minutes by car. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7-minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the nature park Oberes Donautal. Start your hike or mountain bike tour directly from the house. The car can also stop for climbing, the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube bike path leads about 500 m away from the house. There is space to romp on the large orchard and a great treehouse to play.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
