Vacation rentals with a patio in Neu-Ulm

The apartment was very clean and is functionally furnished. Marianne has thought of everything you need for a stay in the apartment. She even put a fruit bowl with apples in the kitchen, a very nice touch. The info folder is exemplary and up to date. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed for 1 month in Matthias' AirBnB and we felt like home. The place was clean, kitchen was very well equipped, smart TV, parking space provided, the heating system worked very well and the hot water was also never a problem. Since we work remotely we needed a good wi-fi speed. We had 2 laptops and 2 mobile devices connected to the internet and never had a problem. Even thou the owner lives on the upper floors, we always had privacy and the environment was always quiet, actually we only met the owner twice in 1 month. The communication with the owner was very good, always responded quick and polite. The house is located near the field and there is very easy to go for a walk in the nearby of the house. Lidl and Rewe supermarkets in the nearby village, 8 minutes drive by car. Since the house is a little outside the village, a car would make things much easier for transportation. Everything was perfect, totally recommend Matthias's place. Would not hesitate to book his AirBnB again.

Thomas's place was beautiful and looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the smaller fridge worked perfect for our time there. The bathroom has two shower heads, one being the large rainfall type. This place is perfect for two people with plenty of room to hangout and relax. The room has a private entry with a provided key to come and go as you please. There is a small stream that borders the property and I'm sure it would be lovely to hear all night with the windows open. The room is located in a great neighborhood with homes that were built in the 1500's, incredible!! We enjoyed walking most mornings to a local bakery about 400yards down the street where we had our fresh morning pastries and coffee. This whole area is full of history and beautiful settings. There are nearby farms with the occasional tractor driving through the narrow streets. If you want to immerse in a small local town in Germany, with a country feel to it, this is the place!

Booking and the whole process super easy. The apartment is super central and very nicely refurbished. You are in a few minutes in the center of Nördlingen and it is still super quiet. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Clear recommendation from me. I'd love to come back.

The studio is really great. Very cozy and quiet and above all very very clean (sparkling clean;)) with large terrace with table and chair, which invites you to linger in appropriate weather. In the kitchen there is everything you need, as well as in the bathroom. Great, extremely friendly, helpful and flexible host (check in time). I felt right at home.

Super nice host, everything was as described and super nice. Fully recommended!!! Everything was clean and tidy, good equipment and a great view from the terrace. Also quick and friendly communication. I can definitely recommend it without any reservations!

We were with 3 families in Jutta's house and had a great time. We had rented both apartments, which was great. A huge house with a huge garden offered space for all of us. The children (and we) were able to make great use of the garden. The only thing that is unfortunately not available is a sandbox and/or swing. But with balls, frisbees, etc., they were still able to let off steam. The location is great, right next to REWE (you can roll the shopping cart to the door), but at the same time you are in the countryside in the fields in no time. Gundelfingen itself is very small, but nice as a starting point for excursions to the surrounding area (Dillingen, Günzburg etc). Jutta was a super hostess. Very nice, always reachable.

I really enjoyed my 1 week vacation in the enchanting accommodation. The house is in a totally quiet location and the view of the hills and forest landscape is outstanding. The host Marco and his mother are very attentive and accommodating. I'll be back!

Philipp's place was neat and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen offered sufficiently good amenities and had everything you need. The decor was discreet and tasteful. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. There was ample parking. In the area there were some beautiful hiking trails and various excursion destinations to reach in about 30 minutes. Overall highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this house. Our host was helpful and very responsive to our questions and needs.

I was there again and will be going again this year. The hosts are warm-hearted people, you are very warmly welcomed and are immediately offered help with unloading the luggage. The place is very clean and efficiently furnished, everything you need to feel comfortable. My personal highlight is that my dogs are welcome and are allowed to move freely around the property. I can recommend this property 100%. The value for money is very good. I look forward to going back in the summer. Everything is just right here, the place is great, the hosts are great, the surroundings are rural and you have great views. Ulm/Neu-Ulm is about 15-20 minutes away. Shopping is possible in the next town.

We had a perfect weekend here! The place was very clean and the kitchen was superbly equipped. Daniel was always immediately available for questions and very helpful. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

The place was really very comfortable. Everything was available. We didn't use the cozy terrace so often because we were on the go a lot, but it always invited us to rest. Thomas and Bärbel were super friendly and always helpful and responsive. On a rainy day, we were even allowed to use the in-house table tennis table in a covered camp. We would recommend this place anytime.

Jürgen is a perfect host. Always responsive, accommodating and very helpful. Jürgen's vacation home leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything. Everything very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the beautiful garden in the great weather. Our two dogs also felt very comfortable in the garden. We can fully recommend the house. Thanks so much Jürgen, for the nice days in your house.

Wonderful stay with Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious room layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolute recommendation.

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

The apartment was as pictured and described. Very clean, small and nice. From shower gel, shampoo to detergent to spices, everything was available. Beautifully cozily decorated, in the summer there is the possibility to sit on a beautiful small terrace. A large parking space is available. Unfortunately, I had only experienced the area by car, but there is a lot of greenery around it for nice walks/hikes. I felt very comfortable, questions were answered promptly.

Stay was modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Private entrance which is pleasant with parking at the door. Supermarket, bakery and nice restaurant/guest court around the corner which makes it pleasant.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.

The apartment is great. It's as depicted in the photos. Everything was very clean. Everything you need was there. And the location was great. The house is rather light-sounding, but it was still very quiet. We would come back!
