Monthly Rentals in Nethercote

We just got back from staying at Katie's place and we want to go back. Everything was perfect!! From the communication to the beauty and comfort of the home. It felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to bring the family back. Thank you Katie for making our trip amazing.

The house is beautifully located and the views are breathtaking. It's easy to access and to park at the front of the unit, at the dedicated parking spot. The house has plenty of windows and a wide balcony, offering beautiful views of the bay. It is walking distance to the town centre and a short drive to stunning beaches. Bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated and have all the necessary amenities and cookware. We spent the Christmas Day and used the BBQ facilities for various meals. Bob was very responsive and considerate with his communications. Our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at The Bower. Mel and Doug were wonderful hosts—friendly and always ready to help. The house was immaculate, with a lovely lounge room, practical kitchen and a luxurious bathroom featuring a rainforest shower. We felt completely at home, especially with the super comfy king-size bed. It was a treat to watch kangaroos from the outside deck and enjoyed the peaceful ambience with bellbirds singing all around. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beaches and the stunning river mouth. Highly recommend!
