Here’s a great review you can leave for an Airbnb stay: A Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at Sandcastle place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Sand castle was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee, a cozy fireplace, great hot tub, made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln city!

Wonderful town to stay in when you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle.

This is now going to be my Go-To stay in Lincoln City. The space was up to date and had marvelous views. We were in the penthouse so there was no-one on either side of us. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace added a cozy touch. The 3-Story climb was worth it for this excellent stay. And lastly HOT TUB, HOT TUB, HOT TUB!!!!

A beautiful condo perfectly situated on the Oregon coast. It was such a treat to wake up to this incredible view each morning and the place was actually much larger than we expected based on the pictures. A great place to stay!

A beautiful spot, with ocean views! great access to the beach. there is a little local market and restaurant right on site that had delicious food, plenty of gluten free options. The space is very thought out, it's tiny but utilized very well. the bed was surprisingly really comfortable for a murphy bed! we cooked a lovely meal in the kitchen and drank coffee outside each morning. There was a strong musty smell that we needed to have an essential oil difduser to help with, and left the back door open while we slept for air flow. With that being said, its an old building right on the water, and its a first floor apartment so I was not surprised. The apartment felt very clean. Neskowin is a really lovely beach!

We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

Our extended family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids had ample space to cook, do puzzles and work on art projects. We forgot glue for one of our projects so the craft drawer was extra handy. Kitchen has everything you could need - even sharp knives. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Our family vacation here was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Our family group of 11 was comfortable in the space. As a mom of 4 small toddlers I was impressed that I didn’t have to baby proof anything but the space still felt very nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed, all the appliances were efficient and functioned well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Views were incredible, our family got the master and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves from bed. Hot tub was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach access was flat and an easy distance for even the toddlers to manage easily. Dee was responsive to our questions and ahead of time everything was so well explained we didn’t really need to ask her much! Our family loved our stay here and hope to stay again. 10/10 recommend!!

What a great place! The lake house is so tranquil and private, and a short walk/drive down the road for coast access. The water views from the house are absolutely spectacular and you can watch the birds for hours. The kitchen had all the cooking gear you could need, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, and all the games were a treat to have around on a rainy day. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

My family and I decided to escape to the coast over Thanksgiving, and we were very happy to have Jerry’s place as home base for a couple of days. He is a friendly and responsive host, and the house is clean and welcoming, and stayed cozy during a cold snap. We cooked all our meals and had all the kitchen equipment we needed! Especially loved the views of the ocean, sunset, and birds from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (yes, lots of deer) and the beach access is just a quick few blocks away. We hope to stay here again!

What a great beach house! 4 bedroom, 2 story house allowed for the kids to play and the adults to socialize and relax. with With direct access to the beach anyone could go out whenever they felt like it. and the hot tub and pool table was SO wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars for the 'value' is because I truly think that AirBnB's fees are too high. The actual rental fee for the condo was extremely reasonable. And the only other thing is that is a little bit of a bummer is that you have to wash your own dishes, dry them and put them away. There's no dishwasher. But they are up front about that so there's no big deal. I'm just trying to find the little things. :)

This is a great little condo overlooking the bay. We really enjoyed our stay. They have lots of little personal touches and things available to you like condiments in the fridge, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo/conditioner, even makeup wipes. Michelle was very proactive in her communication and even messaged us early on check in day that we could check in early. It was cute, clean and convenient to Lincoln City.

The view and location are wonderful. In addition, the condo was cozy but fit the needs of our three-person party. I didn't have any direct communication with Brooke before or during our stay. But the instructions were very clear and we had no problems accessing or using the unit. I recommend this place for a peaceful coast get away!

Amazing view of the beach and bay, tastefully decorated, very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, parking was great too. Nice hosts that cared about our stay. We will definitely book again.

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

Whale Cove was far better than expected. Joni was gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late. The condo is filled with everything you’d ever need and more. We stayed November 13-20, 2024. The King waves were the largest we’ve ever seen! Gorgeous and LOUD! The beds were so comfortable and I would love to have her pillows and sheets. We brought our service dog (lab). It was nice to have a laundry room as soon as you walk in the door, so we could dry her off. We will definitely be back to her condo/home. Thanks again, Joni. We had a great stay. Check in wasn’t until 4pm (seems pretty late) and we had to be out at 10am which is normal. The location with easy access to the beach and a hot tub right on the water was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately during our stay there was a family with kids upstairs that did a lot of running around and there was no hand soap in the house which was odd. They did have 2 containers of shampoo in one bathroom and 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner in the other but soap would have been nice to wash hands with.

The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach off the balcony! It’s very close to the road and there is a 4th floor so there is noise outside and above you but it didn’t bug us. Kitchen was stocked, bed was comfy and the condo was super cute! We would definitely stay again.
