Mr & Mrs Naniappa are perfect hosts with their friendly demeanor and a keen eye for the detail. Mr Naniappa accompanied us on long morning walks while sharing his experiences of turning to agriculture after a long stint with the state government. Mrs Naniappa is an excellent host and possesses great culinary skills which ensured that we had the best meals during our stay. BANS Plantation is a perfect getaway from the rush and hassles of urban life and work-related deadlines. It can also serve as an excellent spot for those having the discretion of 'Work from Home".

I’ve stayed at this property with my friends for around 2 nights, the moment while we saw this property on Air bnb we were impressed up to one point with the views of the property and area but after visiting the prop we were amazed to see the things which were inside. They literally kept everything that you might need in further starting from coffee powder, tea powder, sugar to medicines, wipes, sanitary pads. The host Mr. Athula Rao was very friendly with us he made us so comfortable and gave us a good check in experience, he has explained us everything in the home on how to use everything and recommended us the local tourist spots. The property has a pet called Gunda which is also very friendly and fun to play with. Mr. Athula Rao has also arranged us a breakfast on the day of our checkout and that is absolutely tasty and amazing. We would definitely recommend this place to others as it’s a must place.
