The 1 bedroom apartment has a queen size bed, a small living area with a couch and two chairs, and a medium size dining area. Great for a family.

The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. Leah, Kevin, and Orlando were exceptional, radiating warmth and positivity, with a dedication to excellence at every turn. And the chef? Simply brilliant! Absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a peaceful gated community that felt safe and welcoming. We actually ended up adding an extra day because we didn’t want to leave Negril—and the host made it super easy to coordinate, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout our stay, and the location was great—close to supermarkets, shops, and everything we needed. We stayed in the lodging (slightly upgraded) which is next to the one shown in this listing. Superb location, right across the street from the beach, a 2 min walk from mall with supermarket ATM…calm, quiet, authentic. Comfortable, well-equipped, and private (while still being within a compound shared with Bridgette and her lovely family), this maisonette has its own little veranda, hot showers, and everything you’d need to cook (stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine & water boiler). My partner and I both loved our stay & share fond memories of our time here!

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

The house was amazing — we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The neighbors were lovely and very welcoming. It’s important to note that the road leading to the house is not easy at first, but after doing it once, it feels much easier. The first time can seem overwhelming, but it's definitely manageable! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our first days: very calm, with a beautiful view, and not too far from the center — but you definitely need a car. We also had the chance to meet Dallas, who was incredibly kind and shared with us the touching story behind this house. Thank you again for everything!

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

my father and I loved our stay at Gabriel's place. it was very clean and comfortable. Their is a full kitchen, bathroom, Ac, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, tv, hot water. Everything for your convenience is here. Their is a resturant, supermarket, and a few clothing stores located in the same building. The location is easy to find and close to all amenities. it is also walking distance to the town. Everything you need is in close proximity. Gabriel is an amazing host with a beautiful spirit, he was compassionate, attentive, and welcoming. overall our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and we were provided with way more than expected, highly recommended!!!!We will be back soon.
