We had the most wonderful time with Anita and John that you can imagine. From start to finish, we felt it was the best decision we could make to book this place. It started even before our vacation that we were supported with helpful tips and felt very well taken care of. The place is about a 10-minute walk from a beach area and several bars. You can also walk to a store. As soon as you are on the main road, you can also take a taxi for little money (e.g. to 7 Mile Beach or Ricks Cafe), these run there continuously. There were always tips and help from the two of them for everything. The place was very clean and there was everything you need. Negril is a must-see area! As a tip, we can recommend the Johnmaika tours! It was worth it just because Anita and John are such warm people that you feel comfortable with. We'll miss you

From airport p/u to recommending transfers to sightseeing excursions, as well as Concerned Family Attentiveness to a reoccurring Knee Issue, demonstrates their desire to not only provide a Satisfactory Habitat but a willingness Support you in assistance inWhatever Comes your way. The Staff were the Most Presest and Attentive as any Air B n B to Date. Also, 7 mile beach was across the street as as beautiful as you will find. Cheer's, GL.

If your looking for a place closer to the locals, its great! a little walk to Negril town and route taxi's. Janitia was very accommodating with what ever extra things i needed. I didn't get the room with a balcony or outside area that i was supposed to have. However, the room i had was sufficient.

My partner and I had a comfortable stay at the cottage. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony! We felt welcome on Alison & Mr. Brown's property and also had our privacy. Mr. Brown even helped take a look at my partner's vehicle when it ran into some minor issues. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a tranquil corner of Negril!

Seaside Oasis is a hidden gem! If you’re looking for a laid-back escape with genuine local flavor, this is it. The cottage is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with two comfortable queen beds—perfect for a small group. I loved the outdoor kitchenette on the veranda; it gave the stay a rustic charm, and the bikes available made exploring the village super convenient. Kayla was a fantastic communicator, and Ansley, the on-site host, went above and beyond to share insider tips on must-see spots. Be sure to visit the nearby cove for a quiet swim and grab a beer at one of the local bars—they’re full of character! Don’t forget about the Blue Hole which you can cycle to! Negril is just a 30-minute motorbike ride away, for those wanting nightlife without staying in the hustle. This spot offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, with enough amenities to make you feel comfortable but close enough to nature to disconnect. Highly recommend it! Meow Meow Approved! 🐾

We wanted somewhere to stay in Negril for two nights, and couldn't have chosen a more ideal place. Just about five minutes drive to the town centre. Quiet housing scheme. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. if ever we're in Negril again this place will be our first choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Donna's place right across the street from the beach. The location was a perfect place to explore Negril from. The place was bigger then I expected and had ample space for our group. The communication was great and Donna checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable and if needed anything. We did also end up using Donna's suggested driver Robert. He was super nice and very prompt. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport which made our arrival very smooth. Definitely would suggest this spot if you want a more authentic Negril experience!

A great location just across the road from a beach entrance. The property is securely located at the back of a hotel. You have to walk through the hotel to get to the property. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Easy and prompt communication. The shower was inconsistent with pressure and temperature but it was no big deal. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants and are on a budget. I would definitely stay again.

Newton's place is wonderful and calm. If you are looking for a family-hosted guesthouse in a calm place surrounded by nature, this is the Airbnb to stay! 👍 Newton was very friendly and he helped us with all questions we had. He picked us up from our previous accomodation and we learned a lot from him about Jamaica during the car drive. We were greeted by his wife and family that live on the same property and Newton suggested us where best to go to the beach and for eating. Belmont is a small town with almost no tourism. It has a beautiful small and natural beach and some bars to enjoy the day together with the locals! Newton showed us arround in his garden and we could try a lot of fresh fruits and plants 😍 and his wife made us a traditional banana porridge for breakfast (delicious!). 😊 I can very much recommend this place!

A very nice, authentic accommodation in a beautiful garden, designed with a lot of love for detail. Lydia is a perfect host, I always felt at home during my 3 week stay. Belmont is a beautiful place to experience the typical Jamaica and Jamaicans away from mass tourism and large hotel complexes. The excursions, day tours and other activities organized by Lydia were also perfect for getting to know the country and its people.

If you want to unwind from the fast paced life and immerse yourself in a authentic natural experience, than this is the place for you! Lydia's cottages are very cozy, clean and the place is very peaceful. She is a very nice host and prepares a very good breakfast which you will have surrounded by nature and her two friendly cats. I would love to go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Home was very clean and comfortable. Home had all the amenities listed and fully stocked. Easily located, only 5 minutes from the town, and right on a main road to make it easy to get a Taxi..Loved staying here and plan to again in the near future. My home away from home.

I stayed at this AirBnB in Negril and overall it was a good place, clean and fully equipped. Unfortunately, I had water issues when I arrived, but it seems like an unusual situation. In general, you should not have this issue. The location is excellent, close to the beach, making it easy to walk to. The accommodation is located inside the Sunrise Club restaurant, a bit difficult to find at first, but by asking for its way, you get there. Although the host was unresponsive, overall once you found the place, everything is perfect and you shouldn't have any issues. Recommended this place.
