Apartment vacation rentals in Negril

I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

The apartment was clean and in good shape. It was a little hard to fine but easy to get in and friendly people at the complex. The beach we had accuse to was nothing special. The beach chairs were in pretty bad shape but the beach was clean and the water was calm, no waves at all. I would defiantly stay there again.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Montego Bay! The property exceeded all my expectations. The sea view was absolutely stunning, making every sunrise and sunset feel magical. The pool was a highlight, beautifully maintained and the perfect spot to relax or cool off during the warm days. The house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed with all the necessary amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus, ideal for unwinding in the evenings. There was also ample parking space, which made it easy and stress-free to come and go as we pleased. The host was welcoming, responsive, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene and luxurious retreat in Montego Bay, I highly recommend this property. I can’t wait to visit again!

I booked last minute and Sharon got back to me immediately to confirm my booking. From the moment I arrived at the gate, Kim was there to let me in with a smile and a hello. She took me to my room and showed me around and made me feel at home. The place was immaculate and updated and very comfortable. Any questions I had about going into town or restaurants, Kim was around to assist. Sharon is so nice, I will be booking another visit in a few months. Halina's place was a wonderful part of our vacation. Beautiful view from the balcony and very spacious rooms. There really is nothing I can complain about, this property exceeded my expectations. Halina was very friendly and responsive if I ever had any questions. Excellent host, excellent property!

The most amazing experience was had here at st.clair if you are looking for perfection on a location,amenities galore,a perfect location for a special occasion this is the place ambience to die for and hands down service like non other this is your place & the chef here represents what a true tasting of Jamaica should be, the flavors are beyond thought definitely culinary genius at work for this place. I would not share such a place but for those who know me know I share every jewel I have had the pleasure of and these meals must be shouted from the mountains of Jamaica as top contender for Jamaicas’ TOP KITCHEN! Jahnae’s place is exactly how it looks clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying here and the property is very beautiful especially at nights. I totally recommend staying here.

One of the best stays I have had. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. If you are a beach lover or just prefer a lovely scenery/sunset; This place is right on the beach. The unit is so neat, clean, comfortable & cozy. I had to extend; You will not want to leave. 10/10. Host is also quite personable and friendly. I am already looking forward to staying again! My father and I enjoyed our stay at the Gems. Peter and Shanice are awesome host!! Our room was clean, spacious, and had more than we expected. pots, pans, stove, utensils, refrigerator etc...The location was easy to find, private, and in a peaceful neighborhood. It is Walking distance to local shops, resturant, banks,bars, and town. we full joy our stay and will be back. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well-appointed. The residential community in which its located is resort-like, with a private beach, pool and lovely grounds for walking/exercise. The location is well-removed from the crowded area of 7 mile beach, in ways that remove occupants from the crowds on the south end of Negril. However, I found it necessary to rent a car for grocery shopping, atm access, and to pop into the party scene at the southern Negril beach. The owner, Winfield, was readily available to answer questions and give guidance. I'd rent the apartment again and have already recommended it to friends.

I was supported by Hermon who provided extremely clear directions and patience in getting settled into the property. The communication was immediately responsive. The property is quiet and gated so extremely secure, It is a family community of people who gather around the pool in the evenings. Beach access is across the street through another property but there is also a nice place to look out from the pier on the yacht side of the property. The kitchen is properly stocked with dishes and appliances. There are additional linens and towels if needed and a washing machine in the unit. The wifi works extremely well if conducting business. It is the perfect place to relax in a quiet community with accessibility to other activities in MoBay. I will definitely return to this property.

I would definitely good back beautiful place clean only issue was the weather leaked rusty water but other than that LOVED it there beautiful outdoors as well.

We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

I had an incredible stay at Unity Villa and can't wait to return. The location is wonderful, very close to a nice beach, roadside restaurants and bars, and public transport. Route taxis and minibuses stop along the main road (a 2 min walk) and are cheap! They go toward Montego Bay (10 mins) or Lucea (20mins) in the opposite direction and are by far the best way to get around! The people are SO friendly, welcoming and helpful, anywhere I wanted to go there was always someone willing to help me. Absolutely loved Unity Hall and Unity Villa!!

First couple to stay here! Matches the photos. Brand new and clean! Great price, on-site parking and lots of restaurants nearby. No issues.

Very nice, great communication, very authentic Jamaican experience. If you don’t mind leaving the beaten path of a resort style vacation this is probably a good fit for you and your family. On site assistance pretty much 24/7 if any concerns arise or even for advice on how to effectively navigate the area. Having the garage was certainly a bonus for inside/outside space.

Second stay wonderful comfortable space, extremely accommodating. Comfortable bedding super cool a/c great water pressure and hot water at all times;). WiFi better than last visit at the villa!!
