This is the best and cutest stay I experienced. loved it entirely! Food was great. Rooms and interiors are cozy. And, the views are amazingly peaceful. I'd highly recommend this stay over any other stays in Kollam. Arun has coordinated with the caretakers and is immensely helpful.

The "Sunset Beach House" truly lives up to its name. Situated on a secluded and pristine beach, it offers breathtaking views of the sun setting over the ocean, visible right from the house's main gate. The property is spacious, with a large compound perfect for pets to roam freely. The beach feels almost private, allowing you to enjoy tranquil sunsets every evening. Just 2 km away, Paravur Lake provides a stunning sunrise experience with opportunities for kayaking to the sandbar and mangroves. Joe's father, living nearby, was very helpful and arranged delicious home-cooked Kerala meals featuring local specialties like fish, prawns, chicken, and veggie dishes. The peaceful vibe of the place made it hard to leave. We stayed for three nights and wished for more. Joe was highly responsive, providing local tips and checking in daily. For a tranquil beach escape near Varkala, this is the perfect spot. Bonus: Swiggy delivers here!

I had a great time here, I have booked this for my family travel. Host is responsive and helpful. Location is extremely perfect you can get every necessary items from nearby stores. Talking about the home, it is clean and had every basic amenities to live there. The place is really safe (specially if you’re travelling with family).
