WoW! What an amazing find for a week! We could swim or stay inside the cool comfortable home with the TV on. The open concept kitchen and living room made sure the kids playing was easy to monitor. Also, the master is separate from the kids space! A win if you like to stay up late!

Ambers places are always superb. I love renting her properties!!

The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The kids especially enjoyed the marshmallow chocolate mix, which they loved having with milk. They also had a great time with the toys and crafts provided—it really added to their experience. The pool was a highlight for everyone, and the bathroom essentials were just right. Our children made wonderful memories during our stay, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches.

My friends & I recently spent a weekend at this beautiful home in the bayou, and it was exactly the escape I needed. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views instantly set the tone for a relaxing retreat. The house itself was cozy yet spacious, with a rustic charm that made it feel like home. Large windows offered gorgeous views of the water, especially during sunrise and sunset. The breakfast area overlooking the bayou instantly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. We spent most of our time outdoors—fishing, chatting with friends, having drinks/Momosas and just lounging around. At night, we grilled dinner, sat around in the “boom-boom room” as my husband calls it and watched the stars. It felt like time slowed down in the best way. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from extra towels to board games and local recommendations. Every detail was well taken care of, making the who stay extremely comfortable.

We had a ton of family in town for my mom's wedding, so we booked this beautiful how's right on a lake to accommodate our family members. It was everything we expected and more. The house is gorgeous inside and out!! The media room upstairs was massive and stunning, the bedrooms were of good size, and there were plenty of places for people to sleep. There is even a fenced in back area for your dog with a ramp going into a doggy door for a small dog into the master bedroom, which I thought was super cute. Our hosts was easy to contact knowledgeable on everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this site to everyone.

The Nest was very clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay here and Ginger was a wonderful host! This place has new appliances, beds are comfortable, and nice added touches like small stuffed animals for the kids to play with while there. Ginger was very helpful after I accidentally left a couple of items after our check out time. If we need to rent a place in Groves again it will be The Nest!

Christina's place is a convenient two bedroom house, with the bedrooms having one queen bed in each. There is only one bathroom, and it is possible to go to this bathroom without needing to walk through the second bedroom - just thought I will clarify that as some other reviewers had commented about it. The condition of the walls, decor and furniture is dated, and their age is showing, though everything was clean and well maintained. The mattresses were good and firm. The central heater worked well, though the heat setting needs to be set at a higher level than you want for both bedrooms to be cozy. Overall, great place to enjoy the Port Arthur area, Sea Rim State Park and the wildlife refuge beside the State Park.

Excellent house, the location was perfect for the activities I had to do, is close to restaurants, stores. I loved my time there. Thank you the host for the hospitality 😊

Natasha is a very diligent host. immediate responses to all my questions and pleasant throughout. the place is on the North end of Port Arthur which makes it a little bit further away from the beach where I go most of the time. that's the reason for the less than five five star location I'm sure you will have a wonderful time if you go and meet Natasha and enjoy their property.

One of the best places I’ve stayed but but I would say by far best bang for your buck. Eddy was very responsive and helped out any way he could when I needed something. Overall 10/10

Definitely worth your money! Paola is welcoming and her space is upgraded. I went for my residency at Lamar University and was so glad to have a place to myself.

Stayed for 2 months for work and I enjoyed the stay. Has about everything you need. Not too many stores/Food places nearby but for what it is. It’s a good place to stay. Bridger was responsive and very helpful. I would stay again and I highly recommend.

We visit the area every year and will definatley rent again.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here! Supper clean, organized and well furnished. Beds are super comfy and restrooms are really clean! We felt right at home. Parking was great! And just everything about our stay here was incredible I really recommend it even if you are just traveling for a getaway weekend.

To go coffee cups!! I normally leave airbnbs in the morning and always want to make coffee to go, rarely does anyone ever offer that. They had everything you need to make a good coffee and to go cups. 😍 The place was spotless, the linen and towels smelled so fresh. Already recommended the place for someone else looking to stay in orange.
