We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

the home was amazing and welcome Parmod is the best caretaker and he cooks amazing food, bring your own raw material and he will serve you the amazing food, helpful and caring. 2 rooms on 1st floor with common washroom and 1 big room on 2nd floor with amazing balcony and view. amazing small garden where you can have bonfire and groov. owner I found a little uncooperative, if in case something is broken he charge double the rate. in our scenario a weak and local plastic table got broken while children were playing and he took 1200 for it. the actual rate is not more than 500 for it. otherwise property was amazing and well maintained. kuddos to Parmod and his wife.

The house is beautiful! Its got 3 big rooms with attached bathrooms, perfect for families with kids to stay. All the amenities were there including radiators in every room, which was nice. There is a caretaker there who lives with his family and they made sure that we had delicious meals. Plus its pet- friendly and there is enough space for your dog to run around and play. Overall a great experience!
