This home was well appointed and meticulous. A delightful space for our family to enjoy each other and get things done. We could be together or retreat and be alone! Thanks for making our wedding weekend a home away from home!

We had more than enough room for 3 families. it was great to be able to stay together in one place. The living room at the back allowed the folks who wanted to stay up to do so without disturbing the others. Eating meals together in the dining room was a plus

Great stay with our family for the IU football game. Loved the location and all the small details with the set up in the cozy house. Would stay again!

The Tiny House is a gem….it has the charm of another era, and is so comfortable and convenient to downtown. The backyard is a great place to relax with a book and watch the birds build their nest. It is our first choice for stays in Franklin.

don't hesitate to book. weather ruined most activities. obviously not fault of owner. would be wonderful place with warm weather and no rain. they have everything you need and then some.

Mom’s weekend and it fit three moms and 3 college girls perfectly. The perfect space with great details such as coffee, linens, etc. would definitely rent again. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay! The owners were incredibly responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The place itself is super cute, and our kids absolutely loved it. The hot tub on the covered patio with a TV was such a fun bonus, so much better than staying in a hotel! Plus, having a Kroger just down the road made it really convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved the coffee/tea/cider bar. The salsa by far is the best I have ever had. The bedding/mattress were so comfortable. The fireplace was beautiful. The lights by the hot tub added a very romantic feel. Towels for the hot tub next to the door was a nice touch. 2 Beautiful rocking chairs where you can sit and watch the rain. Such a beautiful piece of property. My husband and I are already taking about coming back.

Had a fun weekend here with friends. The location is close enough to gas stations and other places to quickly grab whatever you might need, but still feels remote. Lots of space on the property but unfortunately due to heavy rain we couldn't use it to its full potential. Would recommend if you're looking to enjoy nature while still being close to Bloomington (about 15 minutes from campus.)

stayed here for a month of work and it was the best place I've ever stayed at so far. host's are super responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. would definitely recommend staying here.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was great and the most complete in terms of amenities I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was already there, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. The hosts were always attentive, responsive, and ready to help with anything at any time. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Convenient location to visit IU for the weekend. Check in was easy and Colleen let me know that the place was ready early if we wanted. The 2 baths were helpful for us and expedited the ability for 2 couples to get ready in the morning. The complimentary bottle of wine was nice. We rested well in the comfy beds. We had what we needed! Colleen was good with communication.

Barbara and Alan were super sweet when they greeted us. They showed us around and where everything was. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left for us!

Great place for families to stay. Next to a park with a creek that my kids loved exploring. Near IU’s campus. Lots to do in the area.

Our last minute stay to celebrate our college friend’s engagement was nothing short of perfect! It was so close to downtown, had snacks, was very clean, and just the right size for all of us. I would without a doubt stay again! It was so unique and had great decor. We were so happy with our stay!

A wonderful place, great for a girls weekend. Very spacious for daughters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and cousins to gather, shop and enjoy some quiet time!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean, cute home. The decor was very pretty. The linens and towels were crisp and clean. The house had clean air and very attractive furnishings and kitchen appliances. Cozy beds. Very short drive to campus and shops. Neighborhood is quiet.

Reserved Nick's place for my daughter and her family during their visit here. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was comfortable and quiet and very convenient to downtown Bloomington. It was also an easy 5 minute ride to our house. We will definitely look into reserving Nick's place again for when guests come over.
