Absolutely loved our stay! This place was so cute! We came to the area to participate in a dog agility event and the hosts went out of their way to welcome not only us, but the dogs as well! Would 100% stay here again! ❤️

This house was perfect for our family weekend (parents, siblings, grandkids) trip to Mystic Seaport. The finished basement was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. The house was spacious & well appointed. Ashley was very helpful & responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ashley!

Stan is terrific! Flexible on both entry and exit and was very helpful with anything we needed. The place is perfect for kids, safe and fun and the hot tub was perfect for downtime at the house!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

We had a lovely stay at the house. It matched the description and perfectly met our needs. As was mentioned in some of the other reviews, we did run into one of the upstairs residents in passing, but it was not awkward or uncomfortable and we felt like we had privacy. The house is charming and the location next to the park was great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We had the best long weekend trip at Tulip Tree Cottage! Terri was a very responsive host - she gave us instructions for check-in and the house guide a few days before we were set to arrive. The home is even more beautiful in person! You can tell they put a lot of love and care into it. It’s very homey, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also spotless and wonderfully decorated. The area is close to Westerly and Mystic, so we had a great time exploring both. The pool was refreshing and a treat to come home to. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog and 2 small children. The fenced in yard was secure. You can easily walk to many restaurants, or like us, just for fun with the dog and kids. Joe was immediately responsive when I messaged him with questions and when I inquired about a late check out, he was happy to let us stay a few hours longer which was really nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

We spent a great time at Charlotte's place. The communication was excellent. We had some issues opening the lock during check in but the host responded very quickly and helped us solve the problem. The place was very clean and homey. Location was great and close to the downtown and aquarium. Walking distance to the seaport museum. There were a few hiking trails nearby as well. We had a great vacation there and would love to come back next time.
