Our stay at Sara's place was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars isn't enough for this little gem of a rental! We found all the comforts of home there and so much more. The property is quiet, private, and nestled in nature. The beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. We enjoyed the added bonuses of the hot tub and firepit. Sara was responsive, kind, and made our stay easy. There were so many little added touches of comfort here, you can tell that Sara and Dan really care for their guests and the experience they have at their place. It was a joy to be so close to friends and family, and we found everything else we needed nearby. There are also many great restaurants and activities in the vicinity of this home. I am a former resident of RI, and look forward to many more stays here. Thank you for everything!!

Ashley saved our trip to mystic Connecticut after our previous Airbnb got cancelled an hour before we were suppose to leave . Ashley is a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. She was able to accommodate us within four hours of notice. Her home is gigantic and spotless and we felt right at home. The house came with everything you would need for a weekend or a long vacation . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for one in the area. The home was secluded and all we had was peace and quiet; Which was much needed ! Also, Ashley is a very responsive person, any question I had was answered within a few minutes, and I felt like she really cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Pls come on down and visit her home , you won’t regret it !!

Stan is terrific! Flexible on both entry and exit and was very helpful with anything we needed. The place is perfect for kids, safe and fun and the hot tub was perfect for downtime at the house!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Oh my what a beautiful place to stay! Settled right in front of a beautiful park where you can talk peaceful walks for however long you would want. It is also connected to the local zoo so never a boring moment! I booked Rachael’s place for a sibling reunion and it was the best place for us to gather. Perfect for kids to play and for us to hang out. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities you need to stay comfortable. The house is beautiful and we couldn’t stop staring at the ceiling (you’ll know when you see it). The outdoor area of the house has a firepit, grill, outdoor eating and hot tub. Literally anything you need to have a great time. Communication was perfect. Whenever I had a question or a problem came up, Rachael answered almost immediately and helped us out. Oh man and I forgot the gym! It has everything you need for a solid workout. Squat rack, bench and all the free weights you need. I would definitely recommend this place and will book again when I retur

Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. So very spacious and feels like home. They have everything you will need for prepping and cooking meals. We will definitely stay again when we come back. They are always quick to respond to any questions we have. Thank you for another great wonderful stay!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Arno and Susan were excellent hosts and incredibly responsive. We had a few glitches due to last minute requests that I made with the rental, and host was responsive and kind. The location is remote and private, right in the heart of nature.

Our stay in Middletown was an incredible experience! Dan’s place was clean, spacious, and perfect for gathering friends and family. We appreciated all the hangout spaces (game room is incredible) around the home, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! We were so impressed with the amenities provided such as the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Their outdoor setup looks incredible and we can’t wait to visit in the summer to utilize that space. The location was perfect as it’s a short car ride to downtown Newport. Dan was responsive and proactive and we were extremely impressed with his professional communication. Don’t miss out on this wonderful getaway in the ocean state!

We had the best long weekend trip at Tulip Tree Cottage! Terri was a very responsive host - she gave us instructions for check-in and the house guide a few days before we were set to arrive. The home is even more beautiful in person! You can tell they put a lot of love and care into it. It’s very homey, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also spotless and wonderfully decorated. The area is close to Westerly and Mystic, so we had a great time exploring both. The pool was refreshing and a treat to come home to. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!

Joe is a great host with a beautifully cozy home. Very friendly and quick to be responsive. He is very close to the Foxwood casino and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. We would love to stay again.

This is a perfect location. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops. although we drove. We had 8 adults staying there. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking for our cars. The place was clean. Charlotte was quick with responses. I would definitely rent again.
