Rachel was such a great host, this place is perfect for long term stays, we were in Newport for a month. Absolutely stunning neighborhood makes you feel right at home. We were sad to leave !

My family and I had an amazing experience at Allison and Eric’s cottage. They put a lot of thought and effort into making us feel at home. You can really see that they care about their guests and provide them with everything they will possibly need. Allison was also very responsive, which made everything more seamless. The cottage looks exactly like the pictures posted on this listing. It’s very beautiful! We are definitely coming back to stay if we are ever in town.

Cute, well appointed apartment within striking distance of all the amenities. Easy check-in and Barbara provided clear instructions. Well worth the price for a few night stay, met our needs exactly.
