Wanted to experience the hills of Kerala during the monsoons and Anees's place delivered that and more. Everything is as per the description - location, amenities and the ambience. This made for a truly memorable stay. Justin, the care taker went out if his way to find us after we had left from the place to return something I had forgotten.

This property in Chakkittapara is a hidden gem. The property is right in front of the reservoir with beautiful views of the lake and the Malabar sanctuary. We had a great time swimming in the lake, boating and bird watching. The caretaker Manoj is very helpful and made us great meals. The breakfast is complimentary and amazing. The host was also recommended a fest happening in the nearby area. Overall a great stay. If you are someone who enjoys nature then this is the place for you.
