Condo vacation rentals in Nantucket Island

Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay !! Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculate with very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels too. It really had everything we needed! Nick was very responsive and accommodating, would not hesitate to stay here again !!

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

This is my family's second year staying here and we plan to be back. It is walkable to downtown Edgartown, near to the supermarket, relaxing, and well-appointed. The host is super-friendly and attentive, as well as responsive. Looking forward to returning!

The location was quiet during our low season stay and close to a beach with 5 mins drive. The house was clean and had lots of board games to have fun with. Meghan was responsive to answer our questions and to addressed issues. I would stay there again in the future.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

I have been going to Nantucket for 30+ years. We always stayed in Surfside but you definitely need a car if You are that far out. We decided in town would be better since we weren’t bringing a car and this spot was perfect. We could walk to shops and restaurants so it worked out great. The house was cozy and had everything we needed for our vacation. Super clean and comfortable. The back deck setting is beautiful. Loved being close to Hatches and Cumberland Farms for ice Cream runs. Would definitely book again.

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

The property "Summer Catch" is amazing it felt like home from home. My wife & I have never stayed anywhere as well appointed with so many personal touches which made our stay feel very special. On arrival access was so easy, we were greeted with fresh sun flowers, fresh fruit & some shopping Maria had arranged for as we were arriving at 11pm. The decor / furnishings are so wonderfully appropriate for the location which is close to the beach & the wonderful town of Chatham. Key points for us the Beds & Sofa's are extremely comfortable. Regarding Location, It so so well situated for a leisuraly walk into town which has excellent shops and restaurants (DelMar was our favourite) & the local supermarket & chemist only a 2 minute walk. When you sit out on the veranda you feel a sense of calmness as you are surrounded by lovely trees and gardens. This is the type of place you really want to keep a secret. Thank you Marie for making our stay so amazing, your kindness & generosity.

Amazing home with all amenities in a golf club. Close to most tourist spots in Cape Cod.

Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We had a great stay with Rob in his cottage at Ocean Edge! The place had clearly been recently updated and it utilized space well such that it lived much bigger then its footprint. While it rained the whole time we were there, we could see Ocean Edge being a fun community for active folks. We highly recommend you stay here!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!
