Located on a large beautiful property in a quiet area of the Island. This is a quiet wooded property up a long dirt driveway! 2 miles to town, beautiful beaches , bike trails, and on the bus route. Pine Tree Getaway

Basement studio apartment on a quiet dirt road located near many amenities. Private separate entrance, newly renovated. The apartment is conveniently located less than half a mile from the Nantucket Airport. We are within walking distance to a BYOB Thai Restaurant, mini markets and 1.5 miles to the largest grocery store on island. There is a bike path and public transportation stop that is a 2 minute walk from the apartment located at the end of the road. We are 2 miles to Nobadeer Beach.

“Somer Sweet” is Moments Away to the Beach!

So close to the beach! 2nd floor apt with private entrance decorated with vacation in mind offering an open living, dining and kitchenette area with cathedral ceilings. Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unit has private outdoor stairs and deck with small yard and outdoor shower, leading up to the sunlit Nantucket oasis in Miacomet/Cisco area. See Cisco Brewery and Barlett Farm outside the windows. Close proximity to some of the best beaches on the island, this 1Bed/1Bath with pullout couch will not disappoint. Laundry in unit with kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Unit was completely redone and finished in June 2023.

Located in the historic district of downtown Nantucket, our cozy apartment is the perfect spot to explore the island. Walk to the best boutiques, restaurants, and beaches. You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. Our favorite places to walk/bike to are Lily Pond, Something Natural, the Oldest House, Steps Beach, and of course, downtown. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.

Great two bedroom condo in town. If arriving by ferry, you're just a quick ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Quick access to The Wave as well. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout. The condo is on the second floor.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It is located on the first floor with a separate apartment located on the 2nd floor. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The couch does not pull out. The apartment is located ‘pretty close’ to everything Nantucket has to offer. 15 minute walk to downtown and 10 minute drive to our pristine beaches!
