Vacation rentals with a patio in Nantucket County

Gregg and PD are amazing hosts, and their place is perfect in multiple ways. It is clean, beautiful, and the deck offers a great place to relax. We had everything needed to cook dinner. The location is both private and convenient. It’s walkable to Vineyard Haven and there’s a Black Dog Bakery right as you hit the main road. Regarding the noise from above someone else mentioned in their review, all we heard over our 3-night stay were dog steps — no human conversations, steps, TV, or music from upstairs. Gregg and PD are very friendly and gave us helpful tips and recommendations around the island. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

A Perfect Retreat in Nantucket I recently had an amazing stay at a charming Airbnb in Nantucket. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided a helpful guide to the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk from beautiful beaches and the town center, with stunning views, especially at sunset. The property was beautifully decorated and comfortably equipped, featuring a full kitchen and cozy rooms. Attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful amenities like the fire pit and local artwork. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Overall, this Airbnb offered the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure, making it perfect for any getaway. I can't wait to return!

We spent a wonderful Christmas Stroll weekend at Jennifer's place. The house was excellent for five adults and two small children. It had ample space to spread out, clean bathrooms (with plenty of hot water), and comfortable beds. It's a short walk into town for easy access to shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the ferry. We enjoyed our stay!

My fiancé and I stayed here for an extended weekend and this was THE BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. The home is beautiful! It’s private enough where it is quiet and peaceful, but also a quick walk to 167 raw (best lobster roll!). It’s about a 8 minute drive to the center of town, which is so convenient. They have a beautiful large back yard which was lovely to have. The house was so clean, spacious and the electric fire place provided a great cozy vibe. Everything was so clean, the hosts responded immediately and was so kind and friendly. I would love to stay here again!

This was my second time staying at Elizabeth’s place and it was so great! Beautiful, well kept home with everything you could need ! Good location on the island and she is quick in communication. Highly recommend and we’ll be back !

Had a very nice time at Jills over Thanksgiving. The home was really nice especially the upstairs Master Suite, which was very large and nicely decorated. Jill has all the amenities you will ever need, and a very nice and well stocked kitchen. It was around a 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and a very nice walk at that. Milagritos' house was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect for an easy walk into town or to the water. We would definitely stay again!

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

We stayed in the cottage for our daughter’s wedding. It was within walking distance of the venue and super close to the beach. It had a lovely outdoor sitting and dining area and beach supplies. Wonderful, comfy place to stay!

Great place and location. Enough space for 4 adults and a small child in the bunk area. Short walk to the marketplace and great spot to cook in and a grill out back.

Kimberly’s place is a great place to stay that’s still reasonably priced for Nantucket. It was very clean and well stocked. The condo pool was great for the kids. We would rent this again.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...

We were in town to visit family and really appreciate the great location. Quite and peaceful but nearby amenities (the Market almost next door is amazing! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, goodies, they have it all.) and close to town. We had our 2 year old and 5 month old. Clean and nice space. Upstairs loft is roomy, and they have a baby gate. Nice bedroom downstairs. Ample off street parking. Two full bathrooms is a bonus! Excellent location, hope to re-visit this summer. Highly recommend!

Being right across from the Village Green is a super location in Falmouth. Stepping outside you see historic Green and the surrounding homes and churches--quintessential New England. Plus you walk a couple blocks to all of the restaurants on Main Street. And doing a walk or bike loop down to Surf Drive to see Vineyard Sound is very close. The condo is very comfortable--new kitchen with great appliances and with a washer and dryer that is easy to use. My favorite room was the living room with all of the charm that this historic house offers. A go-to place when visiting Falmouth.
