Each bedroom has a 58” flatscreen TV and a 65” flatscreen TV in the living room. An Oceanside bar, brewery, Mama Kwans and the Kill Devil Grill are within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!!

Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic weekend or a beach getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked for those stay at home meals. The living room has a small dining area, a sleeper sofa and leads to the deck, which overlooks the common area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a reading area and a writing desk. A roll away bed and a pack and play are tucked away in the closet. The second bedroom has a futon couch, a futon chair and a closet full of beach items. Fun awaits!

This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

When my husband and I walked up the stairs to the entryway landing, the view to the ocean took our breath away! Based on the photos our perception of how close the ocean actually is to the condo was off so we were stunned in the best possible way at the distance of deck to ocean! I am a light sleeper and was impressed with how quiet the place is. Even the roaring ocean was barely audible through the closed patio doors. Ideal location (restaurants, shopping, attractions) and such a great place to come back to after a day of playing tourist! Highly recommend!

Normally I don’t write reviews. However this particular Air B&B experience was excellent and I wanted to make sure the host knows as well as other guests. My friend and I do an annual girls beach trip to OBX and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in so far. The host was extremely polite and attentive. The condo is beyond clean and comfortable. There are lots of little details that stand out: the bedside table has the wifi info, the sheets/linens smell amazing, the balcony furniture is extremely comfortable, and everything is labeled in the well stocked kitchen. We loved the luggage lift - that was a huge perk. The beach access is private and the crowd was quiet and respectful. We immediately booked for next year before we left. If you’re looking for a safe, cozy, peaceful beach condo this is the place!!

Tara and Janet were so helpful from the beginning and provided the little things to get our vacation started without immediately having to go to the store. The location is exactly as pictured and so close to the public beach parking as well as local restaurants and things to do other than the beach. It was our first vacation in 5 years just the two of us, and The Salty Shrimp gave us everything we needed with the help and hospitality of Tara and Janet. Would definitely return!!

Such a beautiful view with lovely sunsets! The place was very clean; we’ve been regular renters at the OBX, and this was by far the cleanest location. Very quiet; we really enjoyed our peaceful stay. Conveniently located near Manteo and our favorite restaurants and shopping places in the OBX. Highly recommend this location!

We loved MarBella! The condo was as described in the listing and matched the photos. Everything was clean upon arrival and in working order. Hugo and Reilly are excellent hosts! They provided clear instructions and even messaged us proactively to let us know we could get into the unit earlier than check-in. The condo is close to so many excellent restaurants and shops. But that oceanfront view is priceless! We loved our stay and would absolutely visit again!
